Today I received a call from a woman telling that I was to appear at my court today in such room or that she will serve me with a summons regarding a payday loan that I supposeably got. She threaten that if I do not call that number 855-858-8138. I called that number and spoke to a woman that said I owed a certain amount of money very rude, as of today I have never been contacted, received any mail regarding this. By law I need to have a written statement showing that I owe this money. They probably bought this account from someone that has put this to the side and are looking for an idiot to be scare of their tactics in collecting debts. Which they are totally against the Debt Collection, they call before 7am my time and have never sent me any document regarding this. So lets see where this goes to.

I receive a phone call from woman staring that I was getting investigated for fraud. I told her to send the intimation in the mail. She I can only have then send a summons. I says then do that. And hung up. She called me back and left a message saying that she was with orange county and the she would come to my address the a officer and get a summons your court and that I may be held until I get a court day. she left this number and a case number. I don't think it is real. I will be calling the police and reporting this madness.

The call was for my husband.  Says he has a lawsuit against him and a warrant has been issued in our state, which they give by name. They gave this number to call, which is definitely not from our state.  They even said that he's had letters from the attorney and had ample time to reply.

That we commited fraud and if we didnt pay money right now over the phone, we will be summons to go to court. We told them we have no money now. They said get the 50 dollars from someone or we will b charged with fraud for the stupid online loan we did. Never ever do a online loan again.
