Thuggish debt scammers.  Won't give you the time of day.  No-name company which means they are kitchen-table debt scammers one step ahead of the law.  They need to be taken down.

I just received a call from these people and said first I was a co-signer for my nephew a couple years ago and he did not pay his debt and if I didn't pay it, they were going to put a judgement against me.  I told them that I never co-signed for anyone and they then said well he is a relative of my and I should help him out!!!!!!  I just asked if they were stupid and told them to stop calling me.  When they continued to give me a hard time, I asked for their company information and I would get a lawyer to handle this and they wouldn't give me thier information.  So, I looked the number up and found this....  They are definately a shadey company because first they lied and tried to scare me into paying my nephews debt before they came clean and said he only listed me as a reference but I should help him out because he is my family!!!!!  I told them they were stupid and to stop calling me.  I have not even talked to that nephew since he was a kid and his debts have nothing to do with me.

Keep getting calls from them because my brothers x used my information and they don't believe me when I say I'm not her... we have the same first name. They rudely told me that I would have to sue them if I wanted them to stop harassing me.

Anyone that refuses to send you correspondence in the mail is a scam. Call them back and ask for something in writing, if the refuse, do NOT pay them. My history with these people is as I stated. If the dent is valid,  they will provide written proof. Hope this helps.

They told me they were a part of the government and gave me a case no, but couldn't tell me what court it was filed in or when and when I told them that I was collecting this info for my attorney, they hung up!!!!!

I contacted an attorney regarding their unethical practices, and was told they could not help me because they are not a legit company they are a scam...I was told to report them to the Attorney General in my state, and not give them any information.  I am pretty sure that attorney had less of a reason to lie to me than these scum bags.  People really need to educate themselves on their rights etc.  These people do everything wrong, and lower themselves to things even a low life collection agency wouldn't try.

Why won't this company send out correspondence to mail your payment back instead of acting so mysterious and badgering people??????

I keep getting calls from them, but when I call them back it's weird that I don't get to talk to anyone and they don't ask for an ext and he gave me one. Getting in contact with them is hard which made me wonder if it was legit or not.

when you take a loan out with a payday loan company, they give you ten days to pay them back.. when you don't pay them back, it is because the bank account that you gave them to retrieve the funds is closed, they see it as intentional, that is where the bank fraud and wire fraud come from. They then sell the debt to collection companies, and most people don't pay... interest goes way up in payday loans. When they deem you unable to locate, they go prelegal.. aka arbitration.. no scam.. just people trying to do their jobs. they get payed whether you pay your debt or not. They are trying to help you... not scam you. so pay uyour f****ng bills

IF THESE PEOPLE ARE SO MUCH SCAMMERS HOW ABOUT YOU BE SMART ENOUGH TO CONTACT THE ORGINAL CREDITOR TO WHOM YOU OWE THE DEBT TO AND THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT THEM PEOPLE OWE THE DEBT THAT YOU OWE STOP BEING CHEAT AND GET OFF YOUR A** AND PAY YOUR DEBTS AND YOU WONT RECIEVE THREATING PHONE CALLS OR ANY COLLECTION CALLS AND PLUS THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT COLLECTOR THEY ARE ARBITRATORS ITS A BIG DIFFERENCE LOOK IT UP THE DEBT THAT YOU OWE WITH CHECK N GO YOU KNEW ABOUT ALL OF YOU SIGNED THE CONTRACT AGREEING TO HAVE ARBITRATION IF THERE WAS AN OPPORTUNITY YOU AGREED FOR COLLECTOR OR ARBITRATORS TO CONTACT YOU AND ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH YOU TO TRY AND GET IN CONTACT WITH YOU TO GIVE YOU THE OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE CARE OF THIS BEFORE YOU STUPID PEOPLE TAKE OUT THE LOAN READ THE FINE PRINT AND CONTRACT BEFORE YOU SIGNED AND YOU WILL KNOW WHAT YOUR AGREEING TO AND YOU WILL NOT BE IN THE PREDICAMENT THAT YOU ARE IN NOW OWING BAD DEBT FOR WRITING BAD CHECKS!!!

DO NOT PAY anything.  These people are scammers, posing as collectors.  They have no power but to continue to harrass you on the phone.  I read online, they want you to pay the supposed debt with prepaid credit card, or Western Union, so you don't have recourse.  I have been hounded by phone, and my family has been, too.  I have never received anything by mail.  THEY ARE CRIMINALS.

Keep ignoring the call. When you can pay the debt, pay it. They are nothing more than a collection agency, the message they leave is a tactic to scare you so they can collect on the debt. (I use to work for a collection agency)  If they had the power to do what they say in the message, it would be no need to keep calling with the same threat!!!

I have been getting calls from these people as well and do not know what to do they say they have been in contact with the county I used to live in and that they also will have my license, car registration, and etc taken away from me. i do not know what to do at all.

They claimto be a law firm macallugh, Davidson and associates yried looking up that name on line nothing
