LOL, have the feeling if you "spit in one hand, wish in the other" I KNOW which one's going to get full fastest waiting on that! or for any of those folks to disclose the company information! -- Like roaches, these companies prefer to stay hidden in the dark.

Court records are public anyway so I'm waiting for a link to the actual court case. The shills are obviously desperate at this scam company.

What company or agency delivered this plea packet?  Who is listed as the plaintiff?  Who is listed as the defendant?  Was it titled warrant, complaint, or summons?   Was it for municipal, criminal or civil court?

So two people have actually gotten this package and no one can post the actual

I got a "plea packet" today I had the same message but I had it last week, just got the paperwork today. Does anyone know how to represent themselves in court ?

Second time I've gotten this message that seems the same as what you folks are describing.  I don't think the message even contains my name.  This Jack fellow (recorded) just says I have or will be receiving a packet and a summons.  I first got this a week ago and I still haven't received a packet.  I actually pressed one the first time I got the message to speak to somebody but just got a computer voice saying "L&M and Associates, blah blah".  Law firm without even a real person at the desk or even a voice on the voicemail seems very fishy.  I'm just ignoring it until I get the supposed packet.  If I get it again I'll type out what it says on the message to see if we're all getting the exact same one (it sounds like it).

I am getting calls daily from this number on my cell. The messages are always cut off or garbled and I've gotten calls from this number a couple months ago. I tried calling the number back a very very bad recording comes on and says L & M Associates - but the word associates is so distorted that it sounds very fishy. I will assume they are going to try to collect some "debt" from me and they will get nothing but some four letter words.

Got a call on my cellphone from 855-865-0700 & captured on phonemail.  First part of call was cut off (presumably where they identified who they were) but like "Art"'s example above, the call contained numerous drop-outs and other breaks in the recording, making me believe that the gaps were put there on purpose.

The recording mentions someone having visited my "residence or place of employment", that someone at one or the other signed for some kind of "packet" that the caller wants to "go over that packet" with me, to review "hearing date and times" and to "get a statement" me re it's contents.  Caller identified himself as "Jack Myers with L&M Associates"

Funny story ... i was at home when i got the call that a process server had shown up to my work ... not even 20-25 minutes later ....boom boom boom... guy shows up at my house hands me my summons .. now i have to go to court ...and for what ....all because i havent been notified of this bull s*** breach of contract i havent known about till yesterday ... thanks a lot a***oles

I ended up getting served by this company today. Unreal. I don't know what they think they are going to get by suing me. I owe the IRS, back child support and everyone else! They will have to wait in line. If I don't pay this child support I aint gonna be here to pay anyone.

Recorded message with numerous breaks in it.  Message says it's from a law firm, but any reputable law firm wouldn't contact someone with an unprofessional voice message.  No doubt a debt collector illegally representing themselves as lawyers.  I recorded the message and am taking it to my State Attorney General's office tomorrow for investigation.  I won't screw around with fraudulant debt collectors or scammers.
