This bunch is getting ridiculous.. They have been calling my house for months now and will not leave a message. I did answer a couple of times just to see who and what they wanted and the caller hung up as soon as I said hello. Reading the statements below it seems this number may belong to a collection agency. I do not have any mortgage debts, no car payment - no house payment. I own 2 credit cards/w balances and I have never been late on the payments and they are not with this company or bank or whoever they are. Bottom-line either this bunch is mistakenly calling me or their number is being spoofed by Telemarketers... Either way I'm tired of having my phone ring all hours of day and night and weekend and holidays. If I owed them money or had done business with them or someone they represent and thus they have a legit reason to call me then fine, i'd have to get over it. But this is not the case, and they have absolutely no legit reason to call my home at anytime let alone harass me. I block their number and they call a day or two later from a different one. If they feel they have a legit reason to be calling me then why not leave a message as to who you are and a call back number? Why hang up on me when I do finally get fed-up and answer?, you've got me on the phone now, is that not what you wanted, is this not the reason for you calling in the first place - to speak with me, so I answer your calls on the second ring and you hang up...! Why?

You can't really be that  stupid!  This company is bottom feeders and are running a scam!  Maybe they have helped you but at what interest rate?  I have no connection to these cheeseballs and as far as I can see a lot of other people don't either!  Grow up!  Get a grip.  Lots of these unwanted phone calls come out of the blue due to the internet.  I get these sh_t all the time and I'm fed up!  I'm a 66-year-old woman who owns my car and everything I have and have only two credit cards and make all my payments on time so I don't have to go to and wouldn't go to places like this unless I was half dead and needed money to get an operation to live and even then I'm not sure I'd go to them, more than likely I'd got o some well-respected loan company.

I keep getting calls from this number as early as 8:00 in the morning and during the day, even as late as 9pm.  I was psd off this morning so I called the number back on my cell (They call my landline home phone) and talked to a woman who asked me for an account number.  I said, "What account number? Who is your company and why don't you tell me why you're calling me all the time?"  She apologized, was very polite, and repeated the outgoing message that the company is Allied Financial.  I have no idea who that company is or why they would be calling me and bugging me.  I told her to take my landline number off their calling list please because I have no idea who they are looking for nor what they want and I'm not well so getting calls at all hours of day and night disrupts my well-being.  Again, she apologized and said she'd take my number off the calling list. My thought was, why didn't they, when I gave my phone number, look up that number on their system and tell me why they're calling?  In any case, we'll see if they call back ...

This number calls me everyday.  Sometimes they leave a message on my answering machine asking for a Tammy Coberly.  I have talked to them multiple times and told them Tammy Coberly has not lived at this address for 13 years, but they still continue to call.  Today I told the caller AGAIN that Tammy Coberly does not live here and asked that he not call again. I also asked him for either his name or ID Badge number so I could prove who I talked to.  He blankly said "No, have a nice day"!!   and hung up.  

For two weeks now I have been receiving numerous calls from Ally Financial looking for people I have never heard of.  They call an average of 3-times-a-day, sometimes 4.  I understand from the research here that this number is for collections on past due car payments.  I don't have a car loan, or any overdue bills of any kind, nor do I know anyone who does, so I don't know why my cell number is in their collections list.   Hoping they will stop, but I refuse to answer their calls and engage in any dialog or communications with them whatsoever.  Tired of this unsolicited harassment ...

They called my cell and left a message for someone I never heard of.

Left a message - I called back - they could NOT find my account # using my phone number - then asked me for my social security number.  I have NEVER had a car load.  I have NEVER done business with these people.  I have no idea where they got my name and phone number.  Person I spoke with was "Melissa" and her supervisor is Rochelle Dio(?)

Ally calls me nonstop all day long. I receive a minimum if 10 calls a day...if im lucky. They start as early as 7am and call all the way threw 11pm...waking my kids up. It makes me very angry. I have told them to stop harassing me and sometimes they will get cocky and yell at me and tell me its my fault that I'm late on my truck payment and not there's and i need to come up with the money. They call from multiple numbers sometimes back to back. Alot of times its an automated machine and sometimes they hang up when i answer. My mailbox stays full because they leave me so many messages....i can't keep up with deleting them. They call both of my parents. They call my place of employment. They even started calling the home office of my company saying it was an emergency that i needed to call them back right away. They harass everyone. I don't understand how they get all these numbers and how its legal for them do this. I reported them but nothing got done. I can change my number but why should I....they will find it again anyways. Ohh, and i was recently terminated from my job....because of this. However, i am going to get unemployment because its not my fault they harass me at work and my employer too. I told them to stop. I will end up in a nuthouse or on the news before this is all over. I can't handle it anymore.

This number will not stop calling my teenage daughters phone.....I call it back and they saythey aren't calling her...really I have it logged

Well if it is Ally, I am not a customer but my son is. They called earlier, I did not pick up. Well my phone did the sound when message is left. It was a text from my number to me with their number as message. How did they do that? I also thought that they were not suppose to call family?

Ally is not that bad. They help me in times that im really strugling. Mybe d best way to stop phonecals is to pay on tym. Wel thats busines!

The calls from Ally Financial are out of control.   I'm receiving phone calls early in the morning from someone I can hardly understand but they continue to ask for some women that does not exist in this household nor do I have any loans or financial agreements with this company, this has been going on for a year with no resolution.

Oh no B.  Keep an eye on your credit report for fraudulent activity.  Now that they have your SSN and your phone number, they have all they could ever need.  If they keep calling you then they can check their records by your phone number and do not need your social.  

I got a call from the same number except ending in 9. Looking fo my ex sister-in-law's ex hubby?  Haven't seen any of them in years.  I don't know why they can't tighten the restrictions on these companies.  I have had this number for 13 years and suddenly in the past 6 months I have received 5-6 calls each day looking for people I barely knew or have never known.  A few weeks ago I got a call from someone claiming to be looking for a neighbor that I have never heard of.  She said they called me because our address was similar?  Pssh!  Incredible!  How are they allowed to harrass people not involved?  You can't ever actually track them down enough to press charges even if the laws were written well enough to successfully allow you to do so.  Once you tell them that you don't know the person they are trying to reach, they won't tell you who they are and why they are trying to reach them.  But don't act like you know them either or you will never get rid of them.  The judicial system views these repeat calls as harmless and innocent mistakes.  It's such a hassle for me.  I have to answer the phone because I am looking for a new job and can't afford to miss an important call.

2 phone calls the day before thanksgiving, one the day of thanksgiving, and one at 6:36am on black Friday, appearently they don't take holidays. I called them back, and they said the only way to find out why they had been calling me was for me to give them my social security number... After arguing I caved, and gave it to the caller, and he said they have no records, THEN quit calling me!

They call me and do not leave a message. when I call back they tell me glad or ally financial. My car is not even financed by either one of these companies. I told them they need to leave voicemail or they going to keep getting wrong person

Be careful what number you call these people from, I am a nurse at Cincy Children's hospital and we let a patients Mom use a desk phone to call them and I guess our number showed up in caller ID and they started calling the hospital looking for this person, even after being told they had the wrong number, in fact after being told they had the wrong number they called back 3 more times in a row. We contacted the patients mother and she called them and told them that wasn't her number and to stop calling us, but the calls continued. It took the charge nurse calling several times to get the calls to stop.

Ally called today. July 4th....???? I paid my last (and final)pament and all the late charges 2 weeks ago and have a confirmation number. I thought they would stop. Mabey they just like me. The next time they call, iI will tell the guy or girl that Im busy right now and ask them for their home phone number and I will call them back at my convience, at their home. Oh and learn how to correctly pronounce our names....Duffus...

Keeps getting missed call from that number and not leaving any voicemail

Calling for "Eugene Jacobs", someone we've never heard of. We've had this number for many years, and we've repeatedly informed them there is no such person here, but the calls keep coming. They also call early in the morning before it's legal to call private homes. We were previously being called by "PRN, Inc.", but they evidently passed the same wrong information on to this collector so we could be harassed by someone new about someone we don't even know.

I did some investigative work, and this is, in fact, Ally and they are calling for Eugene Jacobs, someone we've never heard of. We gave them our address and the phone numbers of 2 people actually named Eugene Jacobs in our area code and asked them not to call us again. I doubt it will stop them, because it never has before. We are going through all the available channels, but it looks like Whack-a-mole: as soon as we stop one of these collection agencies looking for this individual, they just pass it on to another, and all use illegal practices, such as calling too early and not honoring honest requests to end the harassment. I'll called them and left voicemail to please remove us from their call list.

The calls start coming in early in the morning, asking for someone named "Eugene Jacobs." We've had this number 20 years and there is no one by that name here (we've never even heard of such a person), but when I tell them this, they become combative and harass me. I've asked them to put my number on their "do not call" list, but I have to keep getting my phone company to block the number they use to call. So they just use a different number and keep calling. This has gone on for months. They are relentless. I've reported them to the proper authorities, but I'm told it can take some time before they will get to them because of the many similar complaints they have to handle.

They call several times through out the day, starting early in the morning and I know for a fact they are not suppose to call befor 9am in your time zone and after 9pm in your time zone. I am in EST but I have gotten calls from the as early and 7:30 EST which is way to early. They leave a message one time on the machine then if don't aswer they don't leave another message at all. I am on the do not call liist and the person that is my roommate is the one they are calling for and he has requested the number removed to communicate by email or mail with him but they do not follow what they are advised the phone number is in my name not my roommates so if i request them to stop calling me they should.

They are not only calling my parents but also calling my elderly neighbors.
