As they are probably calling from out of the country, they say anything they want as they are fairly sure no one can do anything to them.  

I recommend a signal horn.  The second they open their mouths, let'em have it.  Should only take once.

i recieved this call today  saying her name was angela capelli  with reference number and i needed to sign off on papers and needed to come to my house or work and could have my boss/manager be witness. left number 855-880-3289.      didnt return call.

Keep getting this number on my cell phone.

I have been getting blocked calls sometimes back to back from different names, telling me it was my last time to contact them and considered myself served. If this was true then i wouldnt keep recieveing phone calls telling me it was my last and final time to call. Today i recieved a call from a private number telling me to call the same 1 855 # but he said he was in my area and he was just to serve and not answer questions. I dont believe this is true because if it was then they would not be calling blocked and would not have automated dialing. They dont know if they just called you 2 minutes before or not. Its bogus. Dont worry about it cause if it was a real case then you would be getting actual court documents from your county.

Did anyone show up at your work? I think that's illegal. I had the same call today and he said tomorrow he would be at my work and I had to have a manager sign off as a second witness.

I've rcvd 2 calls like this. One from Zach Rice and another from Carrie Mitchell. They said if they come to my work to have a manager there to sign off as a second witness that they gave me the documents and I am to consider myself served. They can't show up at my work. That's illegal, right?

I just received the same thing. I filed a complaint with the FTC because how is he going about it is not okay. I would file a complain as well if I were you.

I just got a call from Micheal Conrad and he said that same thing that he was having papers come to my home or job and to consider yourself notified. Should I call back?

Is this a scam? I just had another call from an Adam Grant but it sounded just like Michael Conrad. Has to be the same person! If anyone knows anything please let me know!

I got this exact same call today, from Michael Conrad.  Just left me a case number, but I am unable to find anything about this company.  Plus why are you calling from a blocked number.  That is so weird.

I recieved a similar call today. saying they have a Civil suit against me in the county I live in and I have 24 hrs to respond and left a case number. There are so many scams out there how do you know who to trust? Tried to look them up but can not find anythign on them. He said his name was Michael Conrad with CSR. They call from BLOCKED numbers and say consider yourself notified.

I had message from some guy telling me someone would be in my area today to see me. He said if at work have a manager here for security and to have proper identification. Then left a case number and a phone number.
