These scam artist will continue to run this scam because there are soooooo many dumb people out there willing to believe anything if they think they're getting a "deal" I sell Travel for a living as a Real Travel Agent and it's scarry to think that so many people are that dumb and unrealistic. I don't even feek bad for these "victims" because they deserve to be taught a lesson in common sense. Come on people you're making these scammers rich because of your lack of a brain, actually the scammers are smarter than most of you.

SCAM!!! I was in the printer room at work and saw it laying on the table. I thought it was real but I called later on and the phone rang and a guy answered "Express Vacations." How do you call an 800 number with no recording, no hold, and the person just answers after 3 rings? That was enough for me to know it was a scam but I continued my research... The paper states 6 days 5 nights for $119 pp but the website offers the same thing for $3000 (seems more accurate). Then after that I came across this site on google. All I can say is this guy/person/people need to go to jail!

Same thing happened to me. My bank reinstated the money they initially refunded and told me that since they had a signed contract stating "no refunds", I could not get my money back.
| Spitvalvejr 2014-06-09 15:47:12 Unknown |
I fell for this. Disputed it with my bank and they initially refunded my money. However, you sign a contract with these people stating "no refunds". My bank, in turn, reapplied the money as there is nothing they can do.

I too fell victim to this scam! After cancelling transaction with my bank and my bank contacted them the actually FORGED MY SIGNATURE to a receipt and faxed it to my bank as if I agreed and signed the receipt! OMG!! Im so mad! My bank immediately recharged me the $700 booking fee! Now Im fighting my bank! They are SCUM!!! I feel so stupid! I too recieved this from my work which get it in a fax that looked like it was from corporate HR! It is too good to be true!! Dont fall for it too or we all look like idiots!

I read about this scam on my local tv arson website and decided to try it out just for kicks. First time I called, the guy answered and I told him I just wanted to inquire about their vacation packages. He hung up on me. I called back. The second guy was very helpful. He apologized for the previous rep and explained everything that has been posted previously about price, location, discount off airfare. I asked about cancellation. He said you have up to a yr to travel but no refunds. I called back again, to inquire, each time I was hung up on. No name was ever given for any rep. Such a scam. They're so obvious with the way They treat customers. Only thing I can say is if you're just calling to ask a question, be prepared to be hung up on.

Another day, another fax from them. Beware! If you are willing to part with your money this easily on something that is obviously too good to be true, you don't deserve to have it anyway. These out of country scammers will gladly take what you don't need.

they got me to too . Call your credit card company & tell them you never went on the trip & they refuse to give you a refund. They will give you a credit & investigate .

I called this stupid place as well and they kept hanging up on me too! I thought it was my phone, but the rep admitted he did it on purpose, all because I asked him for the name of the business.

This "company" is disgusting. I'm about to go on a social media rampage using this bunk phone number. The people immediately tell you the deal is no longer available then hang up. The 3rd person kept me on the phone to insult me about my business savvy when I asked for someone in their marketing department. I welcome information on ideas to help get them put out of business or shut down somehow.

Perhaps the filthiest illegal fax spammer on the internet.
Contact your phone company and DEMAND that phone service be blocked and cancelled to fax spammers. Contact law enforcement as well as unsolicited faxes are illegal.

SCAM...DO NOT CALL... Got a fax from my 'HR Dept' for an apparent vacation offer for a 6/day 5/nite pkg All Inclusive for $129/pp. As a new employee, I almost fell for this. Called the number and began asking questions...got hung up on. Called again a few days later and as I was about to book for me and 5 friends, I realized that the HR Dept Fax Memo had no return fax number on it, no name of contact person nor logo of my company. I asked the salesperson to hold while I double-checked with my HR Dept of the legitimacy of this offer because as I got further into the call, it seemed more and more too good to be true. Guess what...he disconnected me a half minute later. More importantly, a few minutes later, I come to find out NO ONE in HR has ever heard of such a thing...surprise, surprise...NOT. Then to further it, I checked the number, 855-883-1867, and it led me to this site. Thanks everyone for posting...you, plus some common sense and double-checking, saved me big time! SCAM...DO NOT CALL!

After calling 1-885-883-1867 and asking nicely to stop sending us faxes they would only hang up on me; when all they had to do was let me know there was a number at the bottom of the page to call and act like an adults about the whole thing.
