These guys have been harassing me at work and home. I live in NM and cant find any information on Tri County Arbitration. They are leaving messages about serving me at work on other worker's extensions as well as my own. About 2 months ago I was receiving the same kind of calls from another number with the same propaganda (they wanted a credit card payment to hold off embarrassing me at work). I ended up telling them to serve me so we could fight this in court and never got served.

I just received a phone call from this number stating that I needed to get a prepaid card in 2 hours and call them back so that they could charge me $75 for a payday loan that they said that I took out. I asked her to send me proof and she said that they would only send proof once the first payment was made. They she started talking about they are set up for MasterCard and Visa payments because they collect money for child support. I said but you said this was a payday loan and she starts off about so you are saying that you didn't take this loan out and you aren't going to pay it. I told her I wasn't saying if I did or didn't take the loan out but I wasn't paying anything until I got proof and she starting yelling at me and said well take it up with the judge and hung up on me.

i just got a call yesterday from these bozos. tells me i owe a payday loan which i never got for 350.00 clients suing me for 1,200 but they told me they would settle out of court for 350.. get a life scAMMRODS

i forgot to mention when he says to call and talk to him about it he gives me that 855 number

i have been getting the same call but from a 405 area code and the guy yells at me and threatens me he know way to much info about me even knows that i work for a police department but keeps harrassing me and even my family. What area are you from i am not able to find anything about Tri County Arbitration or National Processing

Nothing to be worried about, i would assume its a collection agency, if you in your soul know that you didnt do  anything they are talking about, then ignore it, however if it regarding finances and they plan on taking you to small claims court, you are responsible for court fees if judgement is granted.

Got a message from a relative claiming that someone called from National Processing. Came looking for me at my old job. And that he doesn't just want to show. They were calling on behalf of Tried County Arbitration... 855-884-4548... Also had a case number. When I look up National Processing on the BBB they have a ton of complaints of the company being a scam. Could they all be in this together?
