Got a call saying this was in ref to my bank acct and either me or my atty had to call immediately the number he left for me was 18552318011. He left a file number but all in a threating tone

They are now claiming to be Diabetic Healthcare Specialist.  They ask for all of your information.  Your address, phone number, your doctors name and your health insurance information.  They state that they will be contacting your doctor and then sending diabetic supplies. Now they are going for insurance fraud and trying to get people with a real health issue to help them by giving out information.  They claim they need you to just verify the information but they cannot tell you what information the already have they need you to give them the information.  When you refuse to provide information they just hangup.  Just how low can these people take there scams.  Do not give any personal information to anyone that calls you.  If they are a real company and not scamming then they do already have your information.  

They called me a couple days ago and I ignored it.  Then used *67 to block my cell number (so they don't know they had reached an actual working number) and called them back.  The machine introduced the number as "American Health Supplies", but nobody answered.

They are a scam and they ripped you off.

Rep "Michael Proctor" called my elderly father many times from this number. He claimed to be from the American Health Supply company.  He was trying to sell him a lumbar support for his waist and said he Was a Medicare Provider.  Every time is called to speak to "Michael", an answering machine picked up. No one ever answered during business hours! Left messages for Michael to stop harassing my father.  Haven't heard from them since.

yes i received a call from a roger carter from executive arbitation group  keeps asking for m wright there are more than 1 person with that name i told him to remove my number called my cell phone very rude nasty individual who doesnt get it but he will if he dont dtop calling my phone looking for this woman really sick he must think i susy sausage head lol

Keep getting calls when we answer no one is there, the phone just going into a hang mode. PLEASE STOP CALL US.

KEEP CALLING ME

These scums are calling saying that they will suspend my licence blah blah. They been calling for like 2 years now about a very old payday loan. First of all they cannot suspend my licence. Second, if a warrant was out for me it would have came in the mail........someone needs to report these b*****ds.

Low life trash didn't say a word when I answered so i will find them n visit in person. These scumbags better say goodbye to their loved ones first. No chance after.

Called 3 times in less than an hour.  Dead line if I answered.  Wish I could eliminate all these unwanted calls.  sometimes get more than 10 a day.  I'm on the do not call list.  Sure doesn't seem to help If this is a debt collection scum bag, I owe no one.

This company is Executive Arbritration Group. They take over debts for companies that hire them. Whether or not the debt is vailid is irrelevant because they are so rude and ugly that they can't possibly collect it since no one in their right mind would pay them for that kind of behavior. They called my Step Mom, my sister and my Father in law all with in the same half hour. Everyone started calling me very concerned because they used terms like court, big trouble, law, subpoena the references (them) and legal this and legal that. I called the idiot back that stirred up a whole bunch of sh*t and all we did was get into it. He refused to give me his boss's number and hung up on me. I told him that he was in violation of the FDCPA (federal debt collection practice act) That's where I had him by the bal*s. He threatened court. I told him that I was going to report him for intimidation tactics which are clear violation of the FDCPA. If you call the FDCPA office then they will look into it. If there are enough calls then they will bring them up on a Class Action Lawsuit and you, me and everyone else will get a letter followed by a check in the mail from these scum for screwing up so bad. FDCPA is at #877-382-4357. Follow the prompts and please tell them what they did. These Scum bag people are in Kenmore, NY. They are not following the rules of how to collect debt per the government laws i.e. professionally and with integrity. They are making waves in your personal life and turning people against each other by harassing you and your relatives. They are just a five and dime collection agency with a big bark and no bite! Like a retarded three legged chihuahua claiming to be Great Dane.

Marshall Thomas called me wanting me to pay a loan with my debit card. I told him I'm deployed and he was so nice but then I see these posts. I did have aloan but it has been written off so I didn't pay him anything.

Got many calls daily from Mr Marshall Thomas. When I give my name and case number from their voicemail he kept asking for my social security number, which I wouldn't provide. I don't write checks I only use my debit card, so the call seemed bogus. After he constantly asked for my ss# I hung up. Seems like they are phishing for personal info.

Get a call blocker and shut them off.  It is worth it for the peace of mind and if you get the right one,  you'll never hear the phone ring.  Then,  you can forget about them because they have nothing to validate any debt
with and if they could sue,  they already would have.  They are not only violating the FDCPA  but fraud laws as well.  They call your place of employment in order to put pressure on you and the employer to pay something to get them off your backs.  I hope you have already explained this to your employer.  They are thieves and don't deserve to breath the same air.

I wish people would understand that upper cased typing  adds nothing to their point,  makes it harder to read, is considered rude as in yelling,  and the administrator has asked that people not type as such.

They say that there is a legal matter about a bad check for a pay day loan store. I paid this loan off a long time ago. I am really getting sick of the harassing phone calls-they have called my home, my family, and my work place. This has been going on for months and theny don't have any legal documents. I'm getting really upset .Another number used or left several times is 585-785-4421. If you call the number....nobody answers; it will ring, ring, and ring or FAX sound or answering machine.

He plays so much drama in his voice I can imagine him reciting his little script in front of a mirror for hours getting his tone and wording just right so it sounds as intimidating to himself as possible...he's ridiculous... He threatens you with one tactic... when that doesn't work he comes up with another threat. He will do this several times and then totally change his name to John Case (notice the initials are the same) or something else and start his little ploy all over again. DO NOT GIVE HIM THE TIME OF DAY! DO NOT CALL HIM BACK OR PICK UP THE PHONE! He has nothing on you and is just fishing for information or trying to get you to cave in to his threats. Ridiculous. I know its a nuisance to have to delete his message every morning but don't call him back. That's what he wants. Eventually you will just find him entertaining and something to give you a chuckle everyday when you hit the delete button. Have you seen his picture? OMG he looks like a bald headed little crook. He's a creepy little crook with a "New Yuck" accent... just laugh at him... then go out and enjoy the sunshine.

Just received a message to call 585-366-0556 Jim Coombs regarding my pending case with them. Left me a loan file number as reference and was asked to call.  I was obviously naive and concerned so I called the number. Due to time zone Jim had left for the day.  So glad to know that information has been posted about this scam ...  Hope it helps someone else as it did me

This office is a complete scam operated by Jamie C***s. He is a convicted felon and a drunk. He works along side a drug abuser named Justin Tata who worked with many other corrupt and failed agencies. They have been pulling the scam that a process server is on the way and the only way to stop them is to contact the petitioners office. The "process servers" and petitioners are in the same office and is all part of the scam to get you to call. Tell them that you will wait for the process server, get as much info as possible and send it to the attorney general. There is already a federal investigation open. Their lines are monitored and they will be in prison. Watch the news they have enough interstate felonies to go away for a long time. Help put an end to these uneducated thieves. Do not pay a dime and if you did you are entitled to your money back. They will be prosecuted. They are breaking the law and the more charges brought against them the longer they go away. Federal sentencing already has them for a good 20 year stint. Good Luck

This dirt bag company called me, called my exhusbands wife, called my daughterinlaws parents saying he was looking for a reference, and they called my daughters house as well. First he was polite until i refused to verify any info,then he became loud, abusive said he owned me and has all my information.  I did declare bankruptcy years ago, I didnt even know my daughterinlaw at all at that time and I still do not know her parents number. They look you up under peoplefinders.com which in and of its self is BS because when you elect to opt out and enter the opt out code it never accepts it. The rep was rude, biligerant, screaming and such...he tried to scare me by saying the call was recorded for his client...lmao...I said I hope so since he was so rude, he called back twice in a row and I finally told him not too politely an area of my anatomy he could kiss. Bottom line is they harass anyone they can find linked to you in any manner that has a LANDLINE PHONE... these are bottom feeders but they will make your life hell...however they have no legal power and are not law enforcement...DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING

First of all "Get Real", why don't you get real and get some education in spelling, grammar and punctuation. Every once in awhile these scumbag scammers will troll the internet to see what comments people are leaving about the number they are using. Then they will post comments (as this idiot did) stating that you should pay it. Don't pay anything, report them to the FTC, FBI and Attorney General for the state you live in.

I have reported them to several authorities. I suspect the reason they have not been caught is because they may be "spoofing" a legitimate business entity, coupled with the fact that there are so many bogus debt collectors that the authorities have trouble keeping up with all of them. The best thing people can do is NOT give any money or personal info to anyone they don't know, and if someone accuses you of owing a debt, contact the original debtor directly to verify the debt and settle. People like "get real" can only continue to rip off people who are unaware.
