On two separate occasions  a 000 number phoned my house and left me a voicemail stating my name and that they received documents and I would need to contact their claimant department  at 855-890-4718 by Monday or I will be personally served with a  notice of intent (intent to what?not said)  at my place of employment. The voicemail provides me with a file number. The individual that left me a voicemail does not state their name or where they are phoning from or what documents they received, what the notice of intent is about....very unclear yet very threatening. This is a form of harassment and I'm almost certain has to be against the law. When I phoned the phone number provided I received their voicemail which stated I had reached Consumer Solutions Group.

this company called and left me two messages saying that I was to call the claimants office back and give them my name and social security number. when I called them they said they couldn't tell me what company was persuing me...the girl kept asking me for my last four digits of my ss # and wouldn't do  anything further til I released my info. I said to her if she had my information then she should have been able to give me all my information and the company's name as well. she said due to some b***s*** law she wasn't going to be able to do that...really??? I am only asking for the company's name and that was not allowed. I believe it is a scam to get your information and any other people who receive calls should report them too. the lady only said that my social had a few 9's and 4's which I wouldn't verify as being true or false. she only said that she was from a litigation firm and that was it was very important if I was to get any more information from her that I would have to verify it with her. she was rude and very unprofessional. I know from pervious experience when you owe someone they will have your information and gladly release it to you. BE WARNED....
