Good afternoon! Well my husband just rec'vd another call from "CCA" this morning with a threat to service him papers to appear in court and that they are representing "Sandoval County" in New Mexico. This is the 2nd day they have called my husband with this threat, so being the wife I am, I went straight to our local "Sandoval County" police dept and filed a police report. Just as i was leaving I thought I'd give "CCA" a call to see if they would talk to me. So here's what happened. I called one of the numbers that they have been leaving on my husbands voicemail. A guy by the name of "Elijah" picked up and didn't even introduce himself with the "CCA" company. I proceeded to ask him what company he was with and he verified that for me, and I ask him about the case# he left for my husband which is #022869, he then looked up that case # and ask me if my husband was "Daniel Cross", i told him "NO!" that is not my husband. He tried to ask me for my husbands name and i refused to give it to him. He then ask me what number they have been calling.....so I gave him my husbands #.....with no surprise they couldn't find it in their system.....lol!...figures right?!. So  I asked him for their company address and this is what "Elijah" gave me...PO BOX 1335 in NY. He then asked me to hold on and transferred me to his "BOSS", but by this time I was back in the police dept. The officer saw how upset I was with these people that he took the phone from me and started to talk with "Peter Edward" CCA's boss...loooooong story short the BOSS of CCA "Peter Edwards" finally pulled his head out of his a** and told me with every witness listening while I had him on speaker in the police station, that they had the wrong person and that he apologized to me, my husband and the police officer and that they would remove the numbers from their system and that he was emailing the dept that makes all the out going calls as he was speaking to me......wheew! And all of this becuz of these "Jack***es"...... Beware people, don't let them scare you!. File a complaint with your local police dept, State Attorney General office with your state and with the "FTC" Federal Trades Commissions office.  The phone numbers they used to contact my husband are 855-894-4439 also 855-809-6123

He has harrassed my husband all day.....So I file a complaint with the Federal Trades Commissions office, tape your conversation, file a complaint with your state attorney generals office. I had to go to this length, but i refuse to be bullied and threaten with this childish behavior from people who call themselves "adults".

Ok, so this guy from "CCA" leaves a number for us to call. So I call him...and call him... and call him.....and then with no one picking up I finally hang up and go about my business when 5 minutes later he calls back and says "I'm sorry were having difficulties with our phone lines, but I see that you have tried calling here 3 times"....I proceed and start to ask him what company he is with...he says "CCA"...of course...haha. Then I start asking him TONS of questions. I also tell him that I have googled this number which by the way is 855-894-4439 and continued to let him know that I had seen a lot of complaints on this number....and then he gets pretty upset and tells me that I can go ahead and google that number and I'll see whatever I want to see...hahaha....If your going to threaten people with their jobs, home, and family...do it the legal way and be a little bit more professional when your scamming people. I have now taped the conversation, filed a complaint with the FTC, our State Attorney generals office, and if they should call us again, I will put a restraining order on this company.

This man keeps calling and threatening me with court.

This person call himself mark Andrews, said there was a legal complaint against me, I was told that we can go to the FTC and file a complaint against these illegal calls and the FTC will shut them down. Just google FTC and you can find out how to stop debt collectors.
