Got a call from them saying they had A pending lawsuit against me and that they had my social and info. Something about they were the Deleware pollution??? Idk sounds like a scam.

Received a private number call today (3/3/2014) for my daughter. Give me the above number and a complaint number to have her call them regarding check fraud civil complaint which suppose to have happened in 2011. Gave me all this personal information that should have been private since she is of age. Stated if she does not call, they will send it to court. According to them they are Delaware Asset Recovery. I check online this is suppose to be repo company. Person just gave me information to freely. Daughter stated never received anything through mail or e-mail. (We both stated it is a scam)
