I am the lucy above and have been called again from a different number (855-967-2633). When I answered the lady said she wanted to speak to me concerning a HSBC account I had. When I told her I wished they would stop calling me I knew they were a scam, she said "you have a nice day" and hung up. That is how I know they know they are doing something wrong. So I called them back and ask to speak to the man that called me on 4/22//14. She put me on hold and a lady came on the line as a Ms. Rivers. She said that Mr. Davison was away from his desk and would she be able to help me. I told her I wanted to talk to him so have him call me back and hung up. I thought since they call bugging me I would call them back and bug them awhile. So I called the same number back and the lady, Ms. Rivers them told me that the investigator Davison was on vacation so she would need to help me. I told her I would just wait on him since I first spoke to him. she said that he would be on vacation for 2 weeks and that if I wanted to stay out of court I should just talk with her. I asked her a bunch of questions to see if she could give me any information that you can not get from public records at the court house in you own home town. Her come back was that HSBC hired them to get a settlement so they would not have to add any extra charges on my lawsuit. and she could not answer any of my questions. Then when I said I thought I was being scammed she just wanted to get off the phone.  This is a SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Received call today from 855-967-5307. Gentlemen left message saying he is 'Investigator Hill from (couldn't understand) and Salem Associates.  So, looks like our dear scammers are adding another company name to their list. <sigh!>

On 4-24-14 I received a call from "Investigator Victoria Swano at Reynolds, Hill and Associates". The voice message is recorded.  This woman threatens to have me served "either at home or my place of employment" regarding a false claim of debt I owe.  Her phone # is: 855-967-5307.
God, I wish these people would get arrested soon.  This pathetic old woman sounds likes she's on drugs.

DO NOT CALL OR SPEAK TO THESE LIARS!!  HANG UP, BLOCK THIS NUMBER FROM YOUR PHONE AND HAVE A BETTER DAY.  

I was contacted just yesterday 4/22/14 from a "investigator" called Davison. He said he was calling for HSBC which is a credit card company that does exist. However, they do not have an investigation department. He tried to get me to get a green dot card and put money on it and give him the number since I would not give him my bank card or account number. He said that he could keep the cost of "my account" down and not go to court. He said I owed $4000.00 and if I went to court HSBC would seek triple interest of $8000.00. I ask him to give me the credit card # he had on this account so I would be for sure that I had indeed had this card before. He said he did not "have access to that information". I told him to just take me to court and I would face the judge because I did not believe this was a real debt. Today 4/23/14 I received another call from the same number, but from a female this time. she tried the same line on me. I told her to just take me to court and not to call me again, and I hung up on her. I called a local law office here where I live to see if this might be something illegal. They told me that it sound like it to them and I could google them to see if they were for real. so I did and I got this website and heard from others who had been done the same as I have. this is a SCAM !!!!!! Do not be fooled by them or this number. If you have EVER been to court for credit card troubles or most anything, it is a matter of public record with limited information. But just enough to give them the upper hand on vulnerable people that might get scared of the words "COURT" "SUE" or BANKRUPCEY". Please do not get fooled by these bandits. They are robbers and thieves.  They will even look for people with the same last name and call the to see if they know or are kin to you, and ask personal questions that make them think you are in some kind of bad trouble and even try to get your kin to pay them money on your behalf.  PLEASE BE ADVISED!!!!    IT'S A SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received the Sam call Jan 11 and thought I actually owed the debt and paid almost $300 and now I am getting the calls again. I refuse to pay them again especially when they can't give me any info at all.

I have been getting the same call about a load from loan.com and I know I didn't take out a loan in sept 2011. They wanted the same amount from me and transferred me back and forth several times. They even called my mother in law saying I would be arrested and it caused a heck of an argument and they are still calling!!

For at least the last year, an illegal group of debt collectors have been terrorizing consumers, their family, friends, and employees threatening to arrest the individual of an unpaid loan or other debt (their generally don't even owe). Be aware debt is a civil matter, not a criminal matter, and you can't be arrested. The threaten a warrant if the victim does not pay a sum of money by the credit card over the phone.

Although when pressed the callers give the victim an address in Columbia South Carolina (usually a vacant lot). They are actually out of the Charlotte North Carolina area. The scammers are using the following business names

I was called in January about making payments for an unpaid debt. Was also threaten to be taken to court when I tried to set up another payment arrangement. Needless, to say I paid $552 in 4 installments. As soon as I made my last installment, another company called me asking if I remembered making arrangements with Kennedy and Kline back in January. I yes and they informed me that they had taken over and hadn't received payment. I asked them if they thought I was stupid and How would they know to call me within second after making last payment. Then they put me on hold.
I got duped once, but it won't happen again!!!!!

I been receiving a call saying I was under investigation. If I was why call and tell me when I know better. People don't know what to call and say. I know how the system work and calling with that won't get no money .It is a scam. I know everybody that I owe and I never did anything illegal so please miss me with that bullcrap.

the company is Reynolds & Hill they are fraud tried to get me to pay $4000 for an online loan thru loan.com never use these things on line - I didn't request any loans said the balance was $1500 and they will not give any documentations why? because they can't prove anything and they also transferred me to someone else who claimed to be the manager and when I told her what the guy said he wanted $4000 now not to move to the next level of collections - they called my father's house at 2AM and now they called and told him they are coming for me - well come on I am here - they can't prove anything they have nothing - bunch of conflicting conversations no one on the same page at all from this place going to the State Police and the Attorney Generals Office
