I did not answer and it wound up being subaru calling me back about a incident I logged with subaru of america. Not collections for me :)

Called me, was rude, when I asked who they were, he said I asked too many questions?!? R u serious? What terrible ettiquite!? His name was greg n say he's from california....have no clue. He asked I know anyone related to the first person he called for. Really? They call my phone n I'm the one who asks too any questions? Lol...boy, this world is backwards....ppl need to act proper with respect n dignity, don't call me then be rude!

Actually I called them back and got a real person.  They are very nice.

They (MRS) will route their calls through my local area code, or so they show up as 'private' or 'restricted' but never leave a message. They also somehow sent me a text of their number so that it looked like I sent it to myself.

When I did speak with their representative on the phone, they argued with me. So I have no desire to speak with them over the phone anymore, they can send me letters from now on.

Because of their unusual behavior, it's probably best to keep all correspondance with them in writing anyway.

They are absolutely Scammers from India. Be aware of it. Report it to the FBI, and State General's Office about this scam.

What's strange is I never received a phone call but my parents and sister have been getting phone calls asking for myself and my husband. I have no idea how they got my parents or sisters information.  They tell them that it is a personal thing..This seems like a complete scam as we are never delinquent in any payments. I told them to just not answer the phone to these numbers.

I just received a call from this number.  The guy was asking for "Howard Banilla".  I told him he had the wrong number and then he wanted to know if I knew the person and I had told him no.  So he said he was sorry to have bothered me and hung up.

Well they have been calling me to from a debt that is eleven years old. I had a car repossesed in 1999. I don't even no how much the car was sold for. They are saying that I owe the amount of 15,000. They are a lier and they will never see the money believe it.

how r they? do they work around ur budget too or demand u to pay in full?

Amber, as nice as Jennifer is, I think she might be breaking some laws. It sounds as if Jennifer is hounding you. Why don't you post what you wrote to 800notes.com to the forum link below and see what they have to say.Try the "Collections" or even "Is there a lawyer in the house?" areas for advice.

For me it was a very polite legitimate collection call that is helping work through a debt Ive ignored for 3 years.  MRS Collections.

I got a call from 865-254-2440, my 2cents worth on this...
If you can reach a human tell them not to call your number ever again (they know they can't, or they will face charges).  For those who don't know, debt collectors can not keep calling if you tell them to stop,  Believe you me, they are very aware of the law.
If you cant reach a human, set up a phone block for the number on your phone.  

I'm not interested in anyone hack my number as their billing, I have had my number for 2 years now (so getting the call doesn't make sense to me if it is/was a bill collector)
Today was my first time EVER getting this call.  (no human, just a recording please wait, this is an important call).
BTW, The important call never called back while I was online checking the number  
and that's all I got to say about that!

I am set up for monthly payment arrangments; due on the 15th of every month. (Not once have I been delinquent). The gal Jennifer working my acct (nice gal) told me she is now required to notify me with a call every month that my payments are due. I told her I would understand the calls if I were late on my payments; but I dont feel it is neccessary to recieve calls while at work; just to confirm I  have sent out my payment. I asked multiple times if she could put me on the Do Not Call list. She said if she did do that, I would be recieving calls from other reps at her company. And they would basically restart / setup my account again. (Which again, would still fall into the repetative calls every month). I feel these "notice of bill due" calls are border-line harrassment, and I dont need someone to call me for a reminder. If I wanted a reminder, I would ask for one. And I feel the only time they need to be calling folks...is IF they were delinquent on getting the payment in on due date. (Which that is not the case)

MRS BPO LLC is what showed up on the caller id. Did not recognize that so I did not answer it.

I keep getting a call from this number periodically as well on my private line at work. When I call the number back I get no where. HELP!

I received a call from this company. The automated voice kept saying "Please hold while we connect you to a representative." They did not identify themselves or say who the call is for. I just moved and got a new cell number so my suspicions are that they are trying to reach whoever had the cell number before me.

After reading these posts, I went ahead and picked up the phone (we regularly receive debt collection calls for someone who does not live at our address... must have had the phone number before us).  An automated message allowed me to select the option that the person doesn't live at our address and then to remove our phone number.  Hopefully it will work.

My called ID says it is 'MRS BPO LLC' .. Whatever that is ..Re-dialed the number and got a voicemail about a "person at extension 3045 is not available' ..
