This number calls me every day and nothing but a spanish person speaking and then hangs up

Recieved a call from this number on 4 January 2013 at 835PM. It is a computer generated c all seeking  someone by the name of Leonard. You have no choice to speak.
This is not the first time I have received calls from these people.

Yes I owe someone money, as a matter of fact, I've defaulted on several credit cards.  Do I care, well that would be a big fat NO.  I believe it is un-American not to be in debt.  They can call all they want, I never answer and they never leave a message so it must not be important.  I'll just add this number to my contacts list as Wrong#7 and mark as "send directly to voicemail"  BOO YAH!!!

Recived a call from this number with a male voive,simply partaking to bea federal officer?& asking for socail security #'s and adresses asking for last names too.

Received call from this number no answer just music like I was on hold. hung up now i am reporting it.

I think the person who had the number I have now is still using it when she is applying for loans and thing because I have had this number for over 3 years . Creditors have been calling for that same period of time for this same person. They even have ther nerve to ask me if I know how to contact her. I dont even know who she or anything. She must owe lots of people.

Automated machine put me on hold for 10-20 seconds and was answered by a guy asked for Kevin. Told him wrong number. End call

My iPhone number is new and within a day of activating I received a call from this number. If this outfit is a debt collection service, I can tell this new number is going to suck and I will need to put on my raging xxxxx hat to deal with them. Sigh!

Unlike many other debt collection agencies ? and often in violation of federal and state laws regarding contact by debt collectors ? Accounts Receivable Management seemingly does not remove the telephone number from their database upon being informed that it is a wrong number.

In addition to their reportedly shady contact management practices, ARM, Inc. has a reputation for abusive debt collection practices, including the use of abusive language and making threats of wage garnishment and other legal action. Some people have reported receiving as many as a dozen telephone calls from Accounts Receivable Management in a day, including phone calls at work. ARM may call relatives and neighbors in an effort to collect information, and have been accused of using misleading statements and misrepresenting themselves in doing so. All of these practices are expressly against the provisions of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, which sets out debt collection activities that are considered abusive and unacceptable, and grants specific rights to those being pursued by debt collection agencies such as Accounts Receivable Management.

The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act specifically limits debt collectors from making repeated telephone calls to annoy you. That includes repeatedly calling you back after you make it clear that you will not discuss the debt with the company, or calling you repeatedly at work after the company has been informed that you cannot receive telephone calls at work. Accounts Receivable Management may only contact your family members and neighbors to find out your name, address and where you work and, under most circumstances, may only contact them once. If a company like ARM continues to contact your family members, they are in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Your state may have even more restrictive regulations about how bill collectors such as Accounts Receivable Management can contact you by telephone or mail. If you?re being harassed by Accounts Receivable Management in an attempt to collect a debt, whether you owe the debt or not, you have a right to receive information about that debt, including the original creditor, the date of service or purchase and the full amount of the original debt. You have the right to ask for that proof, which is called verification of the debt, and to demand that Accounts Receivable Management cease contact with you until after you have received the information and had a chance to review it. If you are being harassed by Accounts Receivable Management or any other bill collection agency, you also have the right to sue them for unfair and harassing debt collection practices, even if you are legally liable for the debt.

Keeps calling me on my cell.  I have no outstanding loans or late payments of any kind. I feel it's harrassment.  They said they couldn't tell me who they represent or what the call is about but needed personal information about me.  I don't devulge my personal info over the phone so I promptly hung up.  My identity was compromised a few years ago and this might be the residual of that.

phone call mistake with alot of music

Received  a call from this number (856-283-2525) and was placed on hold when I answered.  After a brief wait, a female came on asking for "Melissa".  When I said I had no idea who that person was, she stated that my number would be removed from their list.  Twenty minutes later I received a call from "Michael" from 850-250-2239 but with the same auto answer "please continue to hold" and MOH (music-on hold) as the first call.  Obviously the same agency, trying to find "Melissa".  This is costing me minutes on my prepaid phone plan and I would like to take action against them.  Does anyone know who this outfit is?

Called, Put me on hold, and hung up.  Annoying.  I hate when someone calls me to immediately put me on hold.

We have just gotten two phone calls from this number.  It was a recording asking for someone with a different surname, not ours.  It is annoying that this is happening , again.  What can be done?  Our phone is registered in the "NO calls" directory, yet this keeps happening.

They hang up everytime I answer the call it is very annoying.

Calling asking for my brother through a machine.  They ask that if the person to answer isn't my brother, they end the call immediatly.  Probably a debt collector or something, but I'm not sure.

Got call from New Jersey, 856-283-2525.  It was a recorded message.  They were a collection agency and were looking for Adalie Jennings.  They stated that they could reduce the debt my 70%.  Requested that Mr Jennings call back promptly to 856-283-2525.

Numerous calls from this number at all times of day and night looking for someone who happrens to share the same initials, but not the same name for over the past four weeks. Calls to this number have been met with either no response or a fax awakening signal. They are surely a collection agency but their infrmation is totally innaccurate. They have become extremely annoying!

Call number back to let them know that the person they were trying to reach did not live here and they rudely hung up on me. The person they are trying to reach does not even have the same last name.
