People from that number call and don't leave any messages. Most likely, this is a telemarketer, attempting to "recruit" for their phony gimmick or scam someone.

I have had 2 calls from this number on my direct extension at work. The auto message states something along the lines of "You or a family member registered your number with Walmart and you have been randomly selected to win a home security system and installation." You can press #3 at the beginning of the message to opt out, but that apparently does not remove you from their calling list.
