This is a phone number for a "bogus" health insurance company. They first fax you "unsolicited" info to entice you to sign-up for a so-called health insurance plan that is only a discount plan !Name of company is National Alliance of Associations. Their other number is 856-374-8665

Stay away from them !!!

we had to change our bank account because even after we cancelled the "policy" they took the money for 2 months. SDS is the company who does the billing and they did send the money taken from our account back but we are still waiting for one more refund from the actual company and all we have gotten is some b*%tcy man in NJ yelling "this is NATIONAL ALLIANCE ASSOCIATION!!!!"

recieved fas in oct. o7 called jason miller at ins co and he assured me this was,  legit ins. i paid 758.00 for the first mo. when i recieved the packet on ins no phys. whould except it. i called to cancel.. oh and guess what was told the same bullxxxx about my refund .. my husband is disabled and out of work for 3 years .. so you think we can afford to lose this money... no way. what a bunch of scum to do this to people.. go to jail do not pass go .. go to jail!!!!!!!!!!!

This is exactly what happened to me!  They owe me almost $500.00----they told me to "be patient" and my refund "was on its way" and "we hired a third party"----now I can't even get a hold of anyone.  I was ready to file a formal complaint to the Atty. General when I came across all of these articles on the internet about how the company is a complete scam. I am so upset!  I feel so stupid that I got taken!!!!!

If you really are a police detective in Arizona, I want you to know that I am sending formal complaints to Wisconsin Insurance Commissioner, State Senator, AZ Better Business Bureau, AZ Insurance Commissioner, AZ Police Department, NJ Insurance Commissioner, NJ Better Business Bureau, and FBI for their initial solicitation coming over my fax machine.  I have been scammed out of over $1200.00 in premiums along with many doctor office visits not being paid. And, to top it off, my husband who has pre-existing condition, now is probably un-insurable, since actual insurance coverage has lapsed.  I want these people to be arrested, and locked up for as long as possible.

i have this same problem. i enrolled and then canceled and they owe me over $400 back. they kept saying they will send a refund, sent me letter saying that back in december 2007 but i never got one. then when i kept calling to see why i wasnt receiving the refund the different women said "we just hired a 3rd party administrator to get out all the refunds...you'll get it within 2 weeks." they are complete liars and now you will hear that the office is closed down if you call again.
someone please help me get my refund back...what should i do? i got my lawyer to write a letter, but nothing.

Thank you for your post.  I just wish I saw these before they scammed me. I just wanted to let you know, I have reported their insurance fraud to AZ insurance commissioner and BBB, as well as NJ insurance commissioner, WI insurance commissioner (where I live), and WI state senator. I will do everything in my power to shut these criminals down. I have their faxes soliciting health insurance, emails regarding automeatic debit for premiums, and doctor bills showing no response from insurance pending. I hope someone will be able to help me get my money back!!!

could not take any more of my money.  Without even canceling my policy
but just mentioning to the female that answered  the phone that she was involved in a company that is being mentioned all over the internet as a scam,  I mysteriously got at least 2 months worth of premiums back into my checking account.

I did file my complaint to BBB too. However, NABSA has never responded to BBB and BBB has to close the file. Does anyone know where else we can go to file a complaint and get our money back. Thank you.

I agree with Robin & GraRan.  The insurance company is illegal.  It used the name of NAA and now change to NABSA to withdraw my money from my banking account without authorization.  The insurance company has never returned phone call regarding cancellation. The company refuse to issue a refund to me.  Please file your complaint to BBB.  BBB has it's record.

They say they are the ones deducting the insurance premiums on the 18th of the month.  They had myself and my dependents enrolled.  Still not sure they're legit.  They said they are under TransAmerica and they are the billing service.    The female voice said they are at 4676 hi-way 41, Springfield, TN 37171

Unfortunately, I have been scammed by these LOSERS!  I feel so violated!  We joined before Christmas (thinking this was the real deal) and now we have lost almost $500 (family price + registration fee).  I have sat on the phone almost 1-2 hours at the 856-374-1599 number, too.  I requested a refund back in Dec. 07.  I have spoken with "Mary" who tries to be helpful and keeps telling me my refund has been processed, but to call her back the next week.  I do always ask her how she sleeps at night being a part of this scam?  I also ask her if she has kids and wouldn't  she want her $500 back if she felt she was scammed?  I am sure she doesn't care, but at least I got her thinking!  Anyway, good luck at getting your money back - I need it too!

I have the same problem, i did file with the BBB and did get a call from them. I have not got anymore info from them. I did get a letter from national Alliance on Dec/3/07 telling me that i would receive a refund, still waiting. Did you file with NJ BBB? that my next step.

I been trying to reach these people forever i cancelled my insurance with them becaue i was never able to reach anyone. I finially after waiting on hold for almost 2 hours was able to talk to someone and they said the insurance had been canceled and that I would receive my refund within 4 to 6 weeks! It's been 8 weeks now and nothing yet! I still can not reach anyone and they are never open now! What gives?! I just want my money back! I got my insurance card a month after my so called insurance was to have kicked ini call every number i have for them and it always the same! I'm so pissed!

listen all of you can call that number , get a plan/fulfillment if youy have paid for it , and go about your business. No scam is involved. The reason the calls had not been answered or plans and fulfillment had been delayed is because of all of this bogus trash talk. After a long investagation they are able to still provide health plans at low prices so if you didnt get your fulfillment , get it!
