Got a call from this # today. I answered it as I know someone in Poway. The caller introduced himself as representing something like the "Police Youth Charity" (I'm not sure exactly what he said) He launched into his spiel and then apparently Hung-up on himself?? The caller ID just said "Poway CA." This seems to be the usual slimey "charity" without even a caller ID to lend it some credence. I don't think I'll answer this number again
