I actually used to work at one of their call centers as a telemarketer about 8 months ago They are just a marketing company that's all, no need for all the nastiness

It is not a scam just a company implemented to generate leads, it is in fact just trying to book appointments for a quote from a clients company. Just because one may be annoyed calling it a scam is just false. the quote is actually 100% free there is no scam, it's just bothersome getting a marketing call. You are not obligated to accept the estimate they give you,

And it is bad employees that neglect requests to be put on the do not call list not the company and when someone is caught not acknowledging the request they are immediately terminated they have been sued and don't want to take that chance, would you?

It was quite an impressive/sophisticated call center employing about 30 people at 9-15 dollars an hour plus commission on the jobs booked, they provide employment to folks that would never have a chance at a job, Iv seen people who started off homeless then are able to support their family, and are very grateful,

so think of this before flying into a rage because they called while you were eating your steak and lobster dinner(exaggeration of course I know your not all wealthy)

On the lighter side, there are pictures of money all over the place and there were "team leaders" that bug you to try and get more appointments but the vibe is still overwhelmingly positive,but telemarketing wasn't ultimately the job for me, I left after a week because it was kind of boring, after about 100 calls of people telling me to go to hell or hanging up I might get one appointment booked

It is a great job for those that have remarkable people skills and sales chops just not me

So in this economy a business that provides jobs for the telemarketers, management staff along with the contractors themselves should be seen as a blessing and maybe you guys should just find something else to whine and cry about other than someone trying to feed their kids because they bothered your royal phone number

Just be polite and say your not interested and ask to be put in the do not call list, it won't happen more than twice at the most, guaranteed

I have received telemarketing calls from Crown Home Center and looking at their ad in a small magazine.  They also have a Complaint Disclosure at the Contractors State License Board.  

Do not hire Triangle Construction or Crown Home Center.  The owner is the same, but operating under 2 different companies.

Triangle Construction lied to me about having their own employees.  They don't have any.  They hire subcontractors.

I kicked them off a project after they sent me subcontractors to create vents at my house.  They did this one job and the work stalled.  I was going to be a stucco job and couldn't find anyone reliable or reasonable to do the project.  One guy came here who told me that he was a subcontractor and not an employee of Triangle Construction.  

I was lucky to get the remainer of my money back after I threatened to report them to the Contractors State License Board.

DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY.  CAN'T EXPLAIN ANYMORE.  MARK MY WORD.

Same number has called several times.  When I pick up they hang up.  I call back and their mailbox is full.

My wife just called me. She had a call from this number and they asked is this Mrs ......., when she said yes they hung up.  Thanks to this site I was able to let her know that this was a scam and the same MO has happened to several others.

The number repeatedly calls and when answered caller hangs up.
We now recognize the number and don't pick up.

Just had a call from this number - they've also been calling my husband's cell phone, no answer when he's picked up - I screen my calls, so I didn't pick up when I didn't recognize the number... waited to see if they'd leave a message. They hung up before my answering machine even picked up.

got a call this afternoon from this number.  picked up because it was a local number.  Asked if I was Mrs (last name here), I said yes and then she hung up on me.  I could hear clicking in the back, nothing more.  Very strange.

Triangle Construction again. These scumbags. You know what? The best way to deal with these assclowns is to schedule an appointment. They just don't freaking get it; maybe if they notice they've come out to your house six times already, with nothing to show for it, they'll take you off their list. I've gotten about 20 calls from them now.

These boys are slick. They don't pick up registered mail sent to their "address for service of process" because they know it can't be good. That's OK, we have other ways...

Saw this number several times on my caller id and finally answered it (since it was local) and spoke to someone named KC Chance. She said she was part of a family run construction business called Triangle Construction out of Orange County, CA. She said that due to the recession, the company was having hard times and "reaching out to the community" to try to grow the business into San Diego. She pressured me to let her "pencil me in" for a Sunday afternoon appointment to have one of her builders come take a look at my home and give me a written quote for a remodel project I mentioned. I declined. She was persistent and told me she would follow up. I politely asked her not to bother and hung up. She was very very slick, using that folksy, neighborly tactic. She kept telling me she was part of a family run business but I could hear all of the other telemarketers in the background. Definitely some sort of call center. I also asked her where she got my number, and after several attempts to shine me on, she finally admitted she bought my name and number from a service. Nice.

was on the phone and got a caller id via call waiting.  didn't bother to answer the call assuming it was the usual rubbish.  looks like the right choice.
these days when i get an illegal phone solicitation, i give them an ear full, and then hang up. time for being polite has long expired.

got a call this morning that rang all of my phones at the same time.  Maybe someone auto polling phone numbers????

I too received three calls this morning from this number and all three times they would hang up as soon as I answered...

I've also received phone calls from this number....No one there when you call back.  10:25am 9/5/09

Just got one a few minutes ago.  No one answers.  If you call that number the person is unavailable and the mail box is full so you can not leave a message.  What is up with this?
