They continuously call asking for Kami. They always say they will take me off the list and of course never do.

Yeah they call me almost everyday. I picked up the phone, but remained silent and someone said "hello!!!" and it freaked me out. they they hung up. I looked up the phone number and it's a landline in Rancho Bernardo, Ca.

Aggrevatng. Never a message, never a voice. Just hang ups several times a week. Even answering and pushing 9 which is supposed to automaticly put your number on a no call list doesnt work.

I get this call every week, and progressing to every other day.... Annoying as hell.

Was just called.  A young man asked for a name (not mine).  When I asked who was calling, he hung up.  Heard a lot of commotion in the background, so figured it had to be a boiler room for a scam operation or telemarketer making an illegal call.  

I'm already getting repeat calls

calls once a day so far no message around noon to 2pm so far wasting their time!

If you call back, as suggested by the shill for the fraud, your number will be confirmed as live and added to a suckers list for repeated future calls.

Calling me is bothersome, am a senior citizen and watching my grandson and waking him up when this number call.

This claimed to be with a contractor in Kearney Mesa, which is a suburb near my home in San Diego, CA.  I am listed on the do-not-call registry and they are ignoring it.

If it is indeed a debt collector, they're not allowed to leave a message because it goes against the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and they could be sued for it. You can even sue them for multiple calls in a week; it's considered harassment. You can pick up the phone and tell them to NOT contact you on the phone but instead contact you via snail mail. If they violate your request, that's grounds for suing. Look up the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, it's really informative stuff and it tells you all this.

I have the same experience, but got at least 3 times daily.

Here we go again.  Daily I am receiving phone calls from this number. It would be beneficial to the caller if he/she gave up.

I get it about 2-3 times a week for about the past 2 months! I have tried to call it back but it is an automated voice stating that the call can not go through at this time. Luckily it is to my cell phone and I have named it "Who is this"

Same experience, this number calls me periodically and I never pick up.  If you try to call back its not a valid number..  Who are these people.

Annoying as #$#@! Calls me about every 3-4 days. I never pick up because I never pick up calls where I don't know the number. If it's important, they will leave a messagem which these people never do. And if you call back, nothing on the other end. Idiots!

This phone number has been calling me as well every 1-3 days for the past month.  When I try to call back, an automated voice says that the call could not be completed and try again.  It's pretty annoying!

Same as Jane above, getting these calls every 1-3 days - it could be a robodialer with a telemarketer waiting in the wings ready to connect only if the phone is picked up. No messages are ever left.
