Mike when you owe debts and you do not work.. People like you is why 1099-c are filed someday when you are a productive part of society you will pay back your debts thru the IRS

These guys are a piece of work! ... CFC Financial is thier name ... they are misrepresenting themselves via a tax issue ... stating they are filing a 1099c form on the behalf of some bank ...
They are basic collectors ... if they file the 1099c they discharge the debt themselves ... it goes as income to you, but since i've been unemployed, heck, let them do it ...
But have a feeling they are just using this info as another attempt to collect ... Woman was extremely rude on the phone ...
Seems to me a company that has to misrepresent themselves from the start is less than reputable ...

Yeah, they keep leaving me messages saying that there is an issue with my tax return, but then say they are CSC, so I looked it up. They are debt collectors.

left a voicemail saying my SSN# had been showing some odd behavior. To call back and verify. Yeah right?! damn debt collectors!
