trying to sell me wine, claimed they got my number from some one not listed with the caller.

Called and asked for our CEO.  Said he wasn't available and needed to take a message.  Asked if he was in the building and I said who is calling.  This is (can't remember the name) and I need to talk to him about wines.  I said I'll need to take a name and number.  She said I can't leave a name and number but will call back.  I said you won't get through.

Can't imagine how they make a sale...

LOL the people do not give up- I told them why would i buy wine from them when I own a bar? they still call- i hear it is really cheap wine and they bottle it fancy.

Their salespeople try the oldest trick in the book: "Hi, is Dave in?" The CEO of our company never, ever goes by "Dave". My canned response: "I have more then one David at this location, do you have a last name?" Once they mispronounce it the gig is up and they go directly to voicemail. Makes it easy for me to screen calls!

Montesquie wines carries great wines, but they call too much.

Bree Watson works there and is a bi***.  I'm sure her name isn't really Bree because she's a coward.

A lady named Courtney just called me and asked for Bob, my company's CEO, however, he doesn't go by Bob, he goes by Robert. I knew it was a hoax.

Caller ID said something about W.G. Weist. But its just Montisque................................. WASTING EVERYONES TIME.

A guy named Matt called my secretary asking for me saying, "it was personal" she put him on hold and I told her to fwd to my VM but he hung up.  Obvious sales call when they say "it's personal" yet they don't have my cell number... obviously we aren't that close if you just have my work number :)

Called me at work (on a Friday at 5:00) to pitch me wine.  I asked to be removed from the list.  Was told they don't have a list, that I had been referred (but can't tell me who).  I told her I thought it was inappropriate to call me at work to sell me wine.

Girl calls asking for our CFO, I ask who is calling, she replies with a short response. I ask what its in regards to, she gives a curt "Personal Reference" reply. I put her on hold, google the number, and see that its this frickin place... I've told them ONE THOUSAND TIMES to put us on their do not call list. I left her on hold... waste my time, waste your time. But next time, I'm bANGING THE PHONE ON THE GRANITE COUNTER. Can you hear me now? Good!

They Called here for the owner,,,and when I asked who was calling and what it was regarding he said Jon...and asked if he was available.  I said I don't know yet...what is it regarding?  He said what are you his deputy....I said oh that was rude....no I screen all his calls to keep people like you from getting through.  He hung up.  Huh.

Seems to be a bunch of telemarketers who believe they really have rare small-lot wines at fantastic prices. Sounds to me more like a company putting fancy new labels on old bottles of who-knows-what! (vinegar?) www.montesquieu.com/ (which sounds like Montescu on the phone) does not seem legit.
Check for yourself using Google; there have been discussions about them for years among the winelovers truly in the know.

Received a call at our business from some guy at this number. They asked for someone who we never heard of so then he tells me that while he has me on the line...  and starts  talking about wine. He asked what kind of wine do I drink. I said that I do not drink.  Then he asked what do I serve guests and other wine questions. He  asked me if I prefer red or white wine. I said: I do not drink wine. He says "bummer".  I again state that "I do not drink". He says that I do not know what I am missing.  I tell him that I am not missing getting a DUI. He politely terminates the call. He was not rude but very pushy but you have to be pushy to be a telemarketer.

DO NOT ANSWER THIS NUMBER. A CHICK WILL CALL NAMED JENNIFER AND SHE IS SOOO RUDE! I ASKED WHAT COMPANY SHE WAS CALLING FROM AND WHAT IT WAS IN REGARDS TO AND SHE RESPONDED SAYING "WHAT DO YOU WANT MY MOTHERS MAIDEN NAME AND SOCIAL SECURTIY NUMBER TOO!" IGNORE IT!!!!

They claim to NOT be making sales calls, but want you to enroll. They also claim that they get your name and number from events that they host. They represent Montescu wines...

Will be reporting the seller (Jenna) and her manager (Brittany) to Do Not Call list

Got a call from 18585541450 the man was very rude could not even say where he was calling from.

Called and said they were a wine broker, and that they have been unable to ship the case of wine we ordered.
