Text message stating my credit card had been locked, call this number to unlock...

got a text said urgent; bank of the west  master card issue. cell #16203309016 unlisted

I also got this text but I have a prepaid cell (so no credit card info attached).

And it was right after I got a call from 866-735-9004.  Looked that up here and people reported it as someone trying to sell something and another said it was a scam.  I don't know if these two are related, but I got the text just a few minutes after the phone call.

I got the same text last night.  Surely this must be a scam!?!
