Trying to find out who owns this phone number.

Just got a call at 8:00 in the morning. Didn't make it to the phone. Tried to call back and there was a message saying it was a children's fundraising business. I don't think they would be calling me this early. I too am curious.

Got a call from this number while we weren't home,they never left a message either.

Just got a call. When I picked up guy said "Hello, Kent?" -- and I heard no more. Don't understand why it appears on my caller ID as a "local area call" - since I'm in area code 919.

I've recently got a call from this # and they kept asking for Mr. Taylor...WTF!

And before he hung up, he said "BUMBLE BEE TUNA".
The area code doesn't match mine and its a "local area caller"?
idk... Calls at 8:00am screaming bumble bee tuna get anoying /o/.

*Never* give donations to a stranger who calls you. Might be a scammer. Might be a legit independent fund raiser who keeps 90% for themselves and sends 10% to the charity. Best to find what charity they are collecting for, research the charity to make sure it's legit, get charity contact info from an independent source, then donate *directly* to the charity so they will get 100% of your donation.

Most charites that have "Police" or "Sheriff" in the name are scams.  They keep at least 95% of your donation to cover expenses.

If you want to donate to law enforcement call their non-emergency number and ask where to send a check.

It's the State Police soliciting donations.

They told me that they were raising money for the state police. They 859 is one of the area codes that is in my state. Dang scamers

This is like the 3rd or 4th time they have called... They could at least wait til you're home...WTF

Got a call but they left no message.  We were not at home.  This came in at 11:15AM ON 11/30/2010

Whoever these jerks are they are stupid, gutless fools to call so early. Wish we could call them at about 3 AM in the morning!!
