Thanks for posting this info because I just received a call from this number & didn't know who they were & got the same answers you did too.

This "company" calls and is phising.  They claim affadavits have been filed.  My husband and I both tried to get the company name (they answer it "processing").  The girl refuses to give the name, hangs up.  I call back she says "its company policy not to give our name out" hahaha What a joke.  Be on the look-out for these thieves!

I received a call from a Mr. James Hairston and said that I had a payday loan in 2007 and that I owe $757 and for me to contact my attorney.  He ask me was my ssn 5589 and I said no and also do I leave at 1214 24th street and I said no and alos did I work at Burger king and I said no and all of sudden he hung up.

I got a call today from a Mr. Wilson of the Division Dept of Criminals.  He said it was urgent that I call him back.  It was on my voice mail, on my phone.  I keep getting these calls saying I owe on a payday loan I took out in 2008.  Its almost every week now.  Each phone number is different.  I contacted my attorney,  they said to ignore them.  How can u ignore these scammers, who say they are serving me papers. or im going to jail.  I'm very tired of this kind of harrassment.  I even called the payday loan company, and they have no record of a payday that I got with them
