I REFUSE TO CALL BACK ! I've gotten a lot of these kinds of calls & block them from my phone. Just read Legal Secretary's response. Fantastic !!

Got a call from 8605314566, 7602644076, 7328075611 all scam calls.

I am so tired of these people.  They are what we call *bottom feeders* of the industry. They spoof phone numbers give you fake names, and in general try to scare the crap out of you by telling you lies in order to get you to pay. And, the best part of this is they really don't care if they have the right person or not, they are just looking at their bottom line, to be paid. They are very hard to catch, because they know what they do is not legal.  Anonymous was merely trying to explain the sources to seek if you get contacted by these bottom feeders. I work in the court system and see this everyday.

Interestingly enough I myself got a voice-mail on my cell this morning from a MR. Paul who left a message saying he was trying to contact the person at this phone because he had papers that needed to be viewed before a decision could be made.  It was not a live person but a recording that was played into my voice-mail.
the reason I know is one of the office managers here at the firm got one also and it was identical almost mechanical in tone.

The best advice on this I can give is to ignore these types of calls.  If they do not identify who they represent nor ask for a person on the phone, then let them refer the case. If you are being sued, your township, local municipality knows where you are, and they certainly will not call you first before they serve you.  The sheriffs department would be out of business if they did, they would be out of work because they work on the element of surprise. If its legit and they have all their proper paperwork, then let them file.  If not, they cannot do anything, but blow up your phone. Eventually if you do not answer them they will go away.

I received the same call.  Tried to call the number after 7 pm just to see if i could find out what company this is.  No answer.
