Same thing here. called our home phone and asked who handles light and power. when I told him that he can talk to me, he hang up. I tried calling back but it goes to voice mail.

They keep calling a few times a day for the past three days...i have yet to answer but they never leave a message....what the heck is this? and it is a local number
