Keeps calling and won't answer when I call back or when I pick up as they call. It is annoying.

I finally was able to get a hold of them. It is a spam telemarketer. Apparently, I "signed up for a chance to win a $500 JC Penny giftcard." Anyway, if you call the Do Not Call Registry and go through the process, the calls should stop coming. The number for the DNCR is 888-382-1222.

I received a call from this number earlier today. I am on the "Do Not Call Registry" so I don't know why it would be a telemarketer or anything. I too tried to call it back and it either hangs up after one ring or tells me that my call cannot be completed as dialed. I don't know what to do or who it is. I suppose it can't charge. My best solution is to contact my phone service company and get the number blocked. I am also from the 864, so naturally I assumed it was a hometown business or the like, but now I don't know..

This same number 864-659-3108 has been calling my cell for like 2 days straight 3 times a day, but when I answer no one answers back & when I dial back there is a msg that states my call can't be complete as dial...WTH? The crazy thing is the area 864 is the same as my home area, wierd?

we keep getting a call from this number when i ( amanda) call it back it repeats " if you would like to be added to the do not call list press 2" my husband Russell answered phone and the guy was trying to sign him up for college???? HUH????
