I got it too. So annoying! :/ It doesn't even say Wells Fargo. Just Wells Card. So sad. They cannot even get that straight... It's a fraud. For sure.

The text messages are FRAUDULENT

Your bank or credit card company will never contact you about something important by sending a text message as it is not a secure means of communication.

There is a 99 percent chance that whoever is sending those messages hopes some suckers will reply and give them some personal information or account information which they can use to steal someone's identity.

If you have a Wells Fargo account, report the messages to that bank. Otherwise just ignore them.

Just got a text. 0448@sms.mycricket.com Issue found on WellsCard 434258. Call at 8659857900. We don't even bank with wellsfargo or cricket. Do we do anything beyond this?

I have got 2 calls from my6@sms.mycricket.com and my9@sms.mycricket.com. They sent me this number and a local one. 801-984-0221 (of course it is always busy)

i got  a call from this # teling me i have a card with wells fargo and it`s been loked and got an other message from this #209-732-5672 teling me the same thing and i call to see how is sending me this message and they ask me to put my card # and did not because i don`t have any account with wells fargo bank be carefull guys

Today I got a text from my1@sms.mycricket.com that read simply: Call (865) 985-7900 (Achievecard 530088 Issue) Now Cricket used to be my wireless service provider but that was over 3 years ago. So why are they contacting me now? I had no outstanding issues with them and even if I did, why wait 3 years to say something about it? I do have an account with Wells Fargo though, and over the last year or so I have gotten calls at random intervals from a recording telling me about some account I supposedly have. I always hang up, because if Wells Fargo wants to talk to me they can send an actual human to do it, not to mention they can just send me an e-mail to my online banking account which I check regularly. It's been a couple months since they've contacted me but I'm almost positive it is coming from an 865 number.

I got two text messages from the same number on my cricket phone and called and it wanted my to put in my 16 digit account number - didn't do it.  Came from 801@sms.mycricket.com.

Same text lol i don't even have wellsfargo

I recieved that same text message...called WellsFargo & it is not from them..it's a fraud.

I received an urgent text message to call wells fargo at  1-865-985-7900.
