Yolanda called demanding a return call regarding the issue of a Discover Card and a payment of $50.00 which Yolanda said a larger payment should be made today.  Yolanda demanded a return telephone call today.  Yolanda said New Mexico is a garishment state.   Yolanda has an hispanic accent and a deep voice sounds like an angry person.

theyve een calln me leaving rudemessages one day i was at my prents visitin and i heard my dad listening to his voicemailand it was the same peole calling him that called me how wierd cause imsure their is no debt i owe.

Fraud scammers you need to be in jail keep it up maybe this company will get sued thats if they are even real.............probably scamming people wow this is not right you pay for a phone and all you get is fraud and how do they get anyone's name the credit system is something else this is the truth is they can not provide a verification of debt they do not hold a chance in hell to do anything ask for it immediatley

I love getting threatened by a computer recording... Well, i actually thought it was pretty funny when it comes down to it. The first few times anyway. You see, I unfortunately switched my number to one that the last owner abandoned because of debt collectors calling her. Despite me being obviously the wrong person and even after trying to explain it calmly, they keep harassing me. So, I now use an app to pick up the call and instantly end it so my phone doesn't continue to ring and so they can't leave voicemails.

The same thing just happened to me. I am not giving them my account number. I asked for the address to send a payment and the account number for my account there, and he hung up on me

My math obviously sucks today by the way. Not 13 years later...only 10!!

I received a call on my cell phone from 714-415-3944. Someone named David left a voicemail and indicated he had called my office phone and had spoken to my daughter who gave him my cell number. First, I started a new job recently, so the office number he supposedly called was not the current one. Second, my daughter certainly would not have answered my office phone or given him my cell number.

The call back number David provided was 866-240-0898.  I called him back from a landline (my new employer's phone....big mistake)and was told he was calling in reference to a US Bank account that was opened in 2003. Mind you, it is now 2013...13 years later. So naturally I'm wondering why on earth I'm getting a call about this now. I inform David that I did indeed have a US Bank account some time ago, and that it was a joint account with my now exhusband. David explained that the balance now owed on the account was some astronomical amount and asked if I wanted to take care of the balance now. I politely declined and explained to him that it was my exhusband's responsibility; he took that debt on as a part of the divorce. Now, I know that does't not legally relive me of the responsibility to pay the debt...I'm jut not going to pay it. He of course threatened me with a fraud lawsuit and told me I took money from the bank...yadda yadda. He told me good luck and hung up on me.

Not long after this lovely conversation, the phone rang in my office. A call from Premium Asset Services was sent to me. The person on the phone indicated he was calling in response to the recorded conversation I had just had with one of his employees. I again explained to the gentleman that I was not going to pay this debt. He again threatened me, but this time he said there would be a freeze on my social security number and I'd be reported to ChexSystems. He was extremely rude. I told him he had no right to call me at my place of employment first off and second, was never given my work number as a mode of contact and should not have called. He tried to give me a load of bull about how he was calling a law firm so he had every right. I explained that he was not calling as a client or potential client, but calling to speak to an employee who happened to work for a law firm. He was extremely unprofessional.  I will not only be reporting him and PSA to the BBB but will be blocking his number. Good luck to you PSA!

they called and left a rude message demanding that I called them back regarding me and my involvement in some investigation, he said his name was Don Terry. I said hell no , I'm not calling them back, they got me F___ up. I said I'm going to check this number out on the net, and guess what here we all are. He left the # (714) 415-3931, but my caller ID showed this #. Check out the 714 # on the net it's a scam!!

calling at all hour wanting information ,,  i keep telling them They have wrong person .. VERY RUDE.!!!!

I asked for documents proving debt and their right to collect in writing They told me they had no need to provide that information in writing. I asked for a account number, mailing address of their business they refused They want a credit/debit card over the phone

these people keep calling the house I am staying at and when I ask for information they called me an idiot..i will be reporting them to the fair collections and reporting agencies. because nobody else but a collection company would act this way. one of them says she is Rachelle and then a man comes on the line like a tag team. They are making the calls so if they don't want the wrath of who is on the other line they need to stop calling.They answer the phone" corporate office."

Called my work with threats of taking me to court to collect a debt. Claims he is collecting for his clients over an off-road vehicle. Very rude and not helpful with the situation. Threatened to take things I have a lean against!

Very belligerent with my wife when she called this number to try and see why they were calling.
