Found this number on the credit card statement. Who are they?

Found this number and a BOGUS charge of $39.90!!!!! This is a rip-off folks!!!

***BEWARE! YOU WILL FIRST SEE A CHARGE FROM THEM IN THE AMOUNT OF $1.95.
THEN 14 DAYS LATER ANOTHER CHARGE IN THE AMOUNT OF $39.90 WILL APPEAR. YOU CAN CALL AND CANCEL BUT THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY.
THIS IS WHAT TO DO... FILE A DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO GET THE CHARGES REMOVED! ALSO REPORT THEM TO THE B.B.B.
THEY ARE MAKING A LIVING BY RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!?!?!?!

We had this same thing happen, and the charges kept going over several days until they drove our credit card overlimit.

I just looked at my bank statement noticing a withdrawal for 129.90 calling company to find who they were.  
Apparently I had gotten something for 1.95 for a free trial of something but dont recall this and then they billed me 39.95 for two months; I should have investigated it then but I forgot about it until I saw the "one time charge" of $129.90.  
I am going to get my bank to dispute this charge.

I received a call asking to speak to someone named Sullivan Metcalf. I haven't been charged for anything...yet.

We had 5 charges of about $40 before I caught it.  The "customer service" rep., who wouldn't identify the company, claimed we ordered online business marketing information through Google.  Because I had read the blogs and knew they were fraudulent, it was easy to demand a refund and threaten to report them. "Jerry" said we would see a complete refund in 5 - 7 weeks.  Hm.  I've also filed a dispute with our credit card company.

I didn't have a call but charged 2 times for 39.90 and once for 129.90.  I am disputing the charges through my bank.  I am also filing a complaint with the FBI/Internet Crime Center:
