I don't think that it is a law enforcement agency because with the life style I lead, Mother Theresa looks like Al Capone. I also do not have nay debts that I am aware of, so who is this calling?

Cloak number used by law enforcement. I get calls supposedly from this "collection agency" which are actually ping calls. A ping call is a way of detecting where you are on the cell network, whether you are within earshot, whether you are answering your phone, etc. In some cases calls from this number are not actually from the collection agency but rather from law enforcement who forge this number to (sort of) 'get information'.

I called CCA after reading this blog and YES, they're the ones who call out but apparently there's nobody to answer when we call back!! Turns out it was an old RBC statement unpaid for $50.

I was also getting calls from this number, and every time i would call back, it would just ring and ring! After looking it up here, i found their local calling number and called them instead. Get this- after all this time, they were calling the wrong number! It had nothing to do with me, phew.
