i get calles from this number who is it

I also got a call from this number recently claimed they were a debt collector for payday loan. Do not know if they are legit so I suggest to you not to give them any personal info if they call again.

got three calls this week from 866-275-3165 from a Judy Masters wanting to set up a time so she can "serve" me with papers.  Gave no other information.  When i called the 866 number back they just answered "Titan".  They are a pain in the butt.  I believe this is over a $300 pdl

I received a call at my place of business from an unknown number.  A person named Thomas Frazier left a message stating that he was going to serve me with legal documents at my place of business or house within the next few days.  He said it was in regards to some bad checks that I have written.  I never received any notification in the mail about this.  He said that I can contact the plaintiff at 866-275-3165 if I wanted to settle the matter.  Since when does a process server call you before serving you paperwork.  I am very suspicious as I called the number which said Titan Group.  No information on them on the internet.  I think this is a scam.

I've been receiving calls from this # at my job from a Jackie Roberts re: a fax that came across her desk of a legal matter and she wanted to set up a meeting so she could serve me documents. Now that she has not reached me by phone, she will be attempting to server me the documents today rither at my place of business or by phone. I too haven't received any notification of this matter by mail and am very suspicious also after calling and the recording only saying "Titan." I'm thinking, if they are a debt collector wouldn't they send you something via mail stating who's attempting to collect the debt, what you owe and how to remit payment?

I agree with not giving them any personal info especially pertaining to your credit/bank accounts. By law they are required to notify you in writing of your debt if they are legit.

I have recieved 2 messages from 866-275-3165 in the past 2 weeks.  One listed the caller as Elizabeth Scranton and the second as Jami Carter. They claimed they were working a case on a Linda Ogle that is from my town and that my name was listed on some legal documents as a reference or relative. They asked if i could give them a call back.  They said the case number was 543-359.  When I tried the number, i just got the recording for "Titan or Titian" and they asked me to leave my name and information.  I just hung up.  How can we get them to stop calling???
