The left a message saying it was "Telhio" with an important message with special services they could offer me.

Telhio Credit Union calling me for an "important marketing opportunity" or something. Typical telephone sales.

When I answered, said "This is a call from your credit union... please hold for a customer service representative..."... the switched to a loud busy signal.  WTF!  This was on my mobile number!?

Nosy, person did not identify himself or who was calling until I answered questions. Then he only said that he was Nathan and that the phone call might be recorded for quality purposes. We are on the national do not call list.
