The calls are coming from an automated system about Discover Card. Calls are coming in daily and hang up when answering machine picks up. Called 866 290-3289 back and asked to be removed from the Discover Card system. Still get calls and hang ups.

if you see this number pop up on your caller ID DON'T answer it! It is a fraud!

the best way too stop these typ of calls is to report them to your attorney generals, along with beeing on the no-call list if they continue the att. generals office will intervien, it has always been fullproof for me.

Well...thankfully when I signed up with discovercard I gave them my google voice phone #.  Went to google voice and blocked these morons from being able to call me because being on the do not call list and telling them not to call me..even threatening to both cut up my discovercard AND complain to discovercard that call from them being WHY I would cut it up failed to get these idiots to stop calling me....and then not even being there the few times I DID answer.  Thank goodness google voice has blocking.  You can file a complaint with your phone company about repeated "harassing" calls and you'd like a particular # blocked...they should do it without a charge.

I have had to call twice to get me removed from their call list.  It is a contractor for Discover Card.

Same as everyone else.  We get at least 2-3 calls a day from this number. they never leave a message and they hang up when I answer.  Today I called the number back andI got thr Discover Card greeting.  I ask to be remove from there call list I was told by John that it make take up to 30 days to be remove from all the call list.  We will see what happens.

Who is this telemarketer?  Calls everyday.  I'm on no call list.  I pick up and hang up.  It's annoying.

Discover card number.  Liked the caller who said she would cut up the card if she called again.  No call list does not seem to be a factor.

It is a telemarketing company that Discover Card uses. They hang up when I answer the phone. Camplained to discover card, but the calls keep coming every day.

Call received daily between 5-6pm.  No message.  No one responds to "hello."  When I called the number back, was informed that it was Discover Card.  Reported complaint to Discover Card and asked that they place me on DO NOT CALL / DO NOT SOLICIT listing.

I called Discover and asked if this is a call from them. The rep I spoke with did not recognize the number and could not find it in their system. She turned the number over to their security department. She said the security department will check out the number to see if it's one of theirs or something that needs to be stopped.

They call every 2 weeks asking for someone I've never heard of.  I've asked them to remove this number from their files but they continue to call.
