threats and harassement

Around my area a number shows up from my state and they tell you to call the 866-297-5654 because there are charges against you. These people are agressive and just won't stop calling but if you have selective call blocking you can block the number they call from. The FTC told me they were scammers and not to give them any info. You can file a report with the FTC at www.ftc.gov. I contacted them by phone to file a report.

This guy called me saying he was from Global and he was looking for a ben bushman and I told him i dont know of any ben bushman and then he continued to say I owed money so then i got the number and called back and it answered Global and said the call will be recorded.
