They wont tell me who they are and what they want, however they want to verify information proir to having them explain there purpose they called me I didnt call them. Never give out information about yourself to peoplelike them.Who are they and what do they want.....

Voicemail from a female gave 866-314-6054 extension 4875 as her call-back number.  She stated was calling from MCO or NCO Financial Systems Incorporated.  There's a part where she seems to identify what exactly they are trying to collect, but what she says is unintelligible.  Also, it seems as though she skips over a sentence or two about some type of purpose.

DO NOT CALL BACK.  DO NOT PROVIDE THEM WITH ANY INFORMATION, ESPECIALLY YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER or ACCOUNT NUMBERS.

Anyway, the message left on my answering machine is as follows:

This is an important message from MCO Financial Systems Incorprated.  The law requires that we notify you we are calling from a tax collection company.  This is an attempt to collect <unintelligible>. Many information obtained will be used for this purpose. Contact me back today at 866-314-6054 extension 4875.  Once again 866-314-6054 extension 4875. When calling back in please quote reference ID number <five numbers and one letter>. Thank you.
