I got few missed calls from +501, same no one speaking if i pick up.

yes -- i too got three calls from them -- once on a phone i used to call EPCOR for a burnt out streetlight and twice on the number I gave EPCOR as my contact number. the phone number belongs to a market research company contracted by EPCOR to do customer surveys.

I called the local number listed above (780)423-0708 at approx 8 PM on Friday evening right after they called me and did not leave a message. There voice mail said that their office hours end at 5:00 Pm, but I could leave a message, and so I did. I explained that it seemed that their office hours did not end at 5 PM since I just got a call from their 866 number. I told them I want no further calls from them. We'll see what happens.

This number keeps calling repeatedly. I have notice that since I put my number on the do not call list, I am getting MORE of this s**t...

I am on the Do not call list and I still got a call from them today....

Calls constantlty leaves no VM. Get 5-8 calls a week from this number to my business phone line.

Simply call 1-800-404-2464 and ask to be remove from their list and they will do so gratiously.  They do market research only no selling.

I just answered the phone and it's a marketing company out of Winnipeg who is doing research for Epcor because of a call I made to complain about water. I told them there were entire pages on Google dedicated to complaining about the number and that they shouldn't call so often or so early/late. The woman only replied, "so you don't want to continue with the survey?" D'OH!!!

This time I picked it up and it was actually shocking what they said. The caller told me my parents had been overpaying their taxes and that I was eligible for substantial reduction in my interest rate?? What the heck was that?? I didn't answer as much as I wanted to because 1. I'm not 18 yet 2. It's probably too good to be true

Annoying! Keep getting called, but no one answers when I call, and they don't messages!

As with other complaints, I have also been receiving several calls from this number at any time of day or any day of the week.  I have also attempted to call the number back and have not gotten an answer.On one occassion, I answered and did spek to a person conducting a survey.  The person identified the company.  

I have contacted them by email through their Website to request they remove my telephone number from their phone list.  I also advised them that any further calls from them will result in a complaint with the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.  This should solve the problem with receiving calls from this company.

These people drive me crazy.  I called back and it only rang for about 10 minutes then went dead.  Does anyone know who they are or what they are trying to sell???

yep. they leave silent messages for me twice a day. Pointless.

I think this is a telemarketing call from Time Warner Cable.  This is the second time I'ver received calls from this number.

They called me also and never left a message. It was usually between 9 and 10 in the evening. I assumed it was a telemarketer so I tried to call them back but it just rang unanswered. I have no idea what their selling or what they were offering. It's an annoyance and I don't know how to put an end to it. I'm no th do not call list.

They called and after waiting 45 seconds I could hear people talking in the background like a call center, then they hung up. 7pm local time. They may have called Sunday as well.

Called at 8:00pm central time.  Phone rang and I was on another call, let it go to voicemail and no message was left...curious I called the number back only for it to ring and ring and ring no answer after 2 minutes of ringing....Who are these people?

They keep on calling my cell and I also try to call them back to stop calling me.  They have done this now for about 3 weeks.

They called my cell around 9pm on a Tuesday evening... I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. I checked my voice mail and they did not leave a message. I tried calling the number back because it registered in my caller ID, but no one answered and I disconnected after about 10 rings.

I get many calls from these idiots.  When I pick up the phone there is nothing but dead air.  How can you make them stop calling?

They have called my cell six times in two days. I'm so pisssed off I wonder if they should be reported to the authorities. Problem is the phone companies will not allow anyone to block these useless calls.

This company keeps calling me.  I asked to be removed from their calling list.  All was quiet for about a week and now they are calling again.  I would like to know how they obtained my phone number since I am unlisted and have been for 17 years!!

Much the same as everyone else on here.  They called me tonight around 9:30 p.m. and when I answered it was just dead air.  I tried calling back as well but no one answers.  I suspect whoever posted that it is Leger Marketing is correct.  There has to be someone we can complain to about these jerks.  I have simply had it with them.

I live in Edmonton and am going to their office tomorrow with my three kids and asking them why they feel it's ok to phone and hang up at ten oclock at night while the three crabby kids running around their office are sleeping. After things have been explained to me I'll post back and let everyone know how to get them to stop calling.

What kind of idiot company calls you to hang up??
( I have heard of telemarketeres that use some kind of dialer that calls many people at once and then hangs up on any extra ones, once they have enough people for thier operators. )

Completely rude and automated crap,  You anwer your phone hear office sounds then get hung up on.

Their number looks really familiar, like i have seen it on my call display several times before.
