Called my husband and told him that we owed money on our phone bill, kept bugging my husband for his account information, he said his name was Mr. Searles he gave the Ext. 4566 and said that he was NCO Financial. He has gave an account file number

This company is calling me non stop!!!! When I called the number they identified themselfs as a "Finaancial services company" .

Steel me my credit card number and spend about 1500$ on it. NEVER GIVES ANY INFORMATIONS. You will be advise!

Never anwser. They can't ask for informations about you. They told me that I have an unpaid bill and bla bla bla. I don't have unpay bill. They ask me for 30$.. I told me myself that it may be happen and it's not the end the world.. so I gave my credit card number. The transcation sheet for my credit card at the end of the month was 1200$ by NCO. I SAY WHAT THE F***!!! They refund me after the GRC and the judge make an investigation and declare that I never had to pay anything, I never have any unpaid bill in my entire life. 0$. The judge say that it's the last chance for the company to be in bussiness after many peoples like me is living the same thing.

Got a call.. Its NCO collection. They called about a mis-payment with a phone bill (my credit card had expired and I had it changed, but didnt change it with my online billing from my phone company)
Took care of it over the phone. No outrageous charges.. just the $172.39 that was owed was charged.
No issues with them.
