I keep getting a monthly charge of $9.95 on my credit card.

This company MNI*CREDITREPORT.COM is taking 14.95 out of my checking account without authorization. How do I stop this? Thank you, Pat Clark

No call automatic withdrawal from my checking account every month. I did not ask for this free credit report.

The represenative did not listen to me when I wanted to cancel this service. She even wanted me to get an upgrade! I kept advising her that I did not receive any of the services they claim they do for the monthly charge. She kept telling me that she would not credit anything back and that they sent e-mail alerts! Anyway, then I got transfered to the surpervisor and finally, to corporate. They would only credit 3 months! I have been getting charged since September 2007!!! Over $200.00!!

I too have been getting charged $12.95 amonth for a service that I don't recall approving.I was never called by them. This is a big ripoff!

Every time I have called to see about getting my account canceled they give some story. Usually it's the computers are down. I just want my name along with my husbands removed from their list.

I was getting charged and called and got this canceled . The lady tried to sell me free services and then started to go on about i.d. theft i told her i had a credit freeze and she canceled it . Now we shall see if it is really canceled or if they keep charging me .

If the charge listed on your bank statement is *CreditRptMntrn* or something like that call this #: 866-883-3309.

They will ask for your full SSN - DON'T GIVE IT TO THEM! They will then ask for your credit/debit card number. I again refused to give them the full number stating that they should be able to look me up another way - last 4 of my SSN or something. Finally they looked me up by my name, DOB, and email address. They said that I signed up for this service in 2007. I asked why I haven't been billed and they said that my CC "failed" since June 2008 - whatever that means. I was pretty irate with them - they refused to refund the charge of $11.95. I called my bank and filed a claim, so now it's in my banks hands. Supposedly I have a "cancellation number", but I've had that before and they said it wasn't right. If I get charged again I'm going to go nuts.

They will try to explain why you are being charged and why you should keep the service. It's a bunch of bs. I just kept interrupting her and telling her to cancel my account and to make sure that anything else they may have under my name is cancelled as well.

My husband and I went to creditreport.com to get his credit score.  I gave them our check card number to cover the supposedly ONE-TIME cost and just discovered we were being charged $11.95/month for a "Mini-Credit Report" that we did not request or approve.  I will follow up with the above phone numbers and hopefully get our money back.

They also gave us a run-around when we tried to drop the service.  She said she needed to talk to my husband, then she asked my husband for an account number...which is not on the member profile on our account.

This definitely stinks!!

They haven't called us.  The number that is listed on our bank statement is 866-365-8654 out of CA.

Call this number to complain .You will get your money back if you complained enough.they will try and not refund but do not give up

An $11.95 charge showed up on my Bank Of America MasterCard. Will make a complaint with them.

I called my credit union's automatic teller and found that I was over drawn.When I called my credit union to know the cause, they said this credid report.com had taken a fee out for $12.95 of which I had no clue since I had'nt given them permission.I'AM RETIRED AND ON A FIXED INCOME AND CAN'T AFFORD THIS KIND OF CRAP !! The girl at my credit union gave me the affore mentioned number and told me to call them and ask the money be restored to my account along with the O.D.fee.I called the number and got a recording that said thier computer was down and to call back at a later time.Has anyone else been able to have their funds restored" If not,what to do next.

This is the result of trying out the "free" Credit Monitoring by CreditReport.com.  Call them at 866-365-8654, and you can get it stopped.  I called, they gave me a cancellation number and a follow-up email as proof it has been cancelled.

I have been charged for this also.  I have not had time to call the number to cancel this because I am on very limited funds and am being charged for something I really didn't want.  I just wanted to check my credit report to see what my credit score was and now I am being charged.  I thought this information was "FREE"

I too have been hit by these guys and some people are getting a class action suit against these guys. Email at jk.freeman@yahoo.com with name and amount scammed to be put on class action. Fraud has to be stopped!!

I called this number and cancelled it. I got hit twice for $12.95.

I am so p.o'ed that this is the second month that I have been charged for a service I cannot even use..Beacause I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR IT!!! And I have a credit union not a bank and usually they are good about these kinds of companies..Obviously this one has gotten out of control...
