This CareCentrix number has also called me for months. The calls are for a person who had my phone number in the past. CareCentrix also calls from other numbers with a live agent asking for the former person by name. I have asked them to update their system, but they do not. It is a bummer to receive a phone number originally held by someone who is being chased by collectors. What can be done to stop this--reasoning with the company has failed.

I found the number. It is from CARECENTRIX. They are a convelescent care provider company out of Athens, TN . I spoke to the Accounts Agent. I told her I got this call and asked to look into why I was called. She apologized for the inconvenience, but there was no apparent reason for the call. She explained the "Router" automatically diales numbers but had no explanation for why it called. We parted friends.

Same here it is Carecentrix and at some point they told me they bill for Cigna. It seems Cigna does some weird billing thing where they pay a provider and then bill the patient. I don't get it...Allso Cigna pay the bill in full

Yeah, they have been calling my cell phone on and off for months now. For the first time today, there was an automated voicemail saying to call them back, that this was not a solicitation. Claiming to be Carecentrix.
I have never heard of this company, do not have medical debt, and really don't wish to call them back. Very annoyed!
