I don't know who they are or what they do, but they been calling for the past 2 months asking for a Phil.  Been telling them I not Phil.  Though when I call them back they automatically say, "hi Phil!?" like they made a caller ID for my number.  FOR 2 MONTHS!??  I got so fed up that after the 8th person who I got through said, "wow you must be bored just calling us huh?"  I'm not the one who is calling for the past 2 months and get the same answer, "this is not Phil" but continue to call anyway?  Btw, they are calling my cell...  Thank god for Verizon on blocking numbers.

Thank you for solving that mystery!  I actually did business with them in the past and they actually did lower my bills, but I wish that robot would leave me alone now...

866-379-0008 is a customer service call center for "lower my bills"

This number calls my cell phone daily.  They never leave messages and no one is there when I have answered.

got a call from this number tonight and they asked for Nora.  then they asked for the woman or man of the house.  i hung up

got a call but no msg left.

got a call from this number. no one on the other line. really annoying!!!! This is my cell phone, I don't want to waste minutes on your "tracking" calls so you can sell my phone number.

I'm getting calls from several #'s and there is no one there! What's up with that?!

I continue to get calls from 866-379-0008 and whenI answer their doesn't seem to be anyone on the line. I decided today to just stay online and finally someone came on, but refused to tell me who they were or who they were calling for.
