I get 3 - 4 calls a day from this number and no one is there.

These clowns are now claiming to be IRS agents.

Apparently a telemarketing call.  They did not leave a message. When I called the number, there was a recording giving the name of their company and explaining that they purchase their lists from Dunn & Bradstreet. They offered an option to remove our number from their internal list (press 2) by inputting the phone number followed by the # sign.

How do these people make money if they don't even want to explain what they're trying to sell? Seriously, anyone do business with them?

I got a call from them.  There was about 5 seconds of unintelligible speech, then they hung up.  I called them back and the automated attendant said it was "Abstar Financial" and that they purchased 100% of their call list from Dun & Bradstreet.  They also left instructions on how to remove your number from their call list.  I didn't leave mine as I do not trust them.

Bonehead telemarketers.  I pick up, don't say a word, put it on Mute/Speakerphone and wait for them to hang up.  That way it wastes their dime.  Quarter? Nickel?  Whatever, it costs them money and I give them nothing.  If we all did this they'd all go broke.

Calls our business and asks for the owner. When we ask who is calling, the man hangs up! WTF??

Called and asked to speak to my supervisor, by name.  Asked them if I could take a message and she hung up.  Called back later in the afternoon and when I answered identifying our agency name, they hung up.  So sad--they have no life!

Man called here today asking for person by name.  When said he wasn't here, man hung up immediately.

Have called consistently for weeks. The few times I've answered the phone it was just dead air and I didn't wait around for the other end to finally connect until just now. The guy asked for my husband by name, I asked who was calling and the smart a** said, "Vanilla Ice" and laughed. Then asked for "the owner". I said, "owner of what?!" He said, "Sorry, must have the wrong number.

We've been getting at least 1 call a day from this number. We're on the Do Not Call list and this is getting ridiculous. Is the list a sham now??

They call me at least 2 or 3 times a day. They never leave a message.

These jack***es have been calling me at least twice daily for months ... as a policy, I don't answer calls from toll-free exchanges (unless it's someone I do business with).  I've been hounding the FCC's do-not-call violator reporting site with a complaint every time these morons disturb my day.  If I could get an accurate identification, I'd file a harassment suit -- my outgoing message directs solicitors to remove my number from their list, as all my phone numbers are in the do-not-call category (for all the good that does).

I have gotten calls from this number, but they don't leave a message.  I just called it back and got a busy signal.

Calls our business number-frequently. Asking for business owner, when I tell him/her, they are not available, the caller hangs up immediately.  Once,I did get a chance to tell them to NOT call back, She rudely replied, "I Will" and hung up.  This is a frustration beyond words, when we do not have time or resources for such aggrevation and listed on the "do not call registry".

Received a call from this number on my cell phone.  No one is there.

A man who identified himself as "TOM" called today asking to speak to the owner.  Really did not want to give his name & refused to say why he was calling.  After realizing, he would not be put thru to the owner, he hung up.

I called back & got an got an outgoing message w/the same mans voice & requested they remove our number from their call list.

Keeps calling. No one ever there until today. The guy wouldn't let me speak. I finally disconnected. The sad thing is I am on the do-not-call register.

Called and asked for business owner.  Wanted to sell credit card services.  When I said "Thanks but I am not iterested", he got pretty crabby and started to ramble until I hung up.  They call everyday, but today was the first time I was able to get anyone when I picked up.  Usually there is nobody on the other end of the call.

Calls my work all the time. No one is ever on the other line!

Calls the work number and never says anything!  Who are these people and how come they are allowed to make a business model out of this type of behavior?  Totally sick of this crap!

I get this number calling my business asking for the owner, when I tell them they are not available they make something up like they are a customer and that i have just lost their business. When I say I'm the owner they try to confirm my name a address and i tell them every time that I would not like them to call anymore they hang up on me. Don't answer this call, and if you do record and report it!

Continued from above.   I called this number 866-395-8625 and got a recording indicating "something" financial company and they obtained their phone data listing from "Dunn and Bradstreet". And, should you not want to be contacted by them to leave your phone number for removal from their listing.  This is the action I took with an additional message that should they continue to call me that my next call would be to "Dunn and Bradsteet" to inform them of this company's harrassing phone calls being generated from a phone data listing obtained from them--At least this is what the recording is informing callers.
