it is a scammmmmmmmmmmmm! DONT DO IT! THEY SCAMMED ME

Have you been a victim of Travel Service US? I almost did...well like the Facebook page: Travel Service US Cruise: The Truth and share your story and learn some interesting details about the company that you probably didn't know.

There is a facebook page on the works intended to  help each other out in finding which solutions have worked in getting you money back and what measures to take in order to file complaints against this company to make sure they are shut down!!!! everyone that has been affected by  Travel Services should go  and participate  on the discussion!!

Hi I just spoke to someone from Travel Sevices U.S.  I am very upset because I have not heard from them.  I told them all the remarks I have read that this company is a scam.  They have assured me that this is not a scam.  I really hope it's not.  I purchased 5 cruises.  The number I have is (877)413-0102.

Tiffany, Don't do it . I lost my husband last year to cancer. this company offered this wonderful cruise for only 96 dollars per person. They stated there would be no other fees. i booked my whole family. They sent the award sheets and in small print it says this does not include booking or taxes. I tried to book a date ant it was going to cost 196 more per person, then they  tell you dats are not available. I was scammed and i am still fighting to get my money back. Book directly with the cruise lines to get
your best deals. Travel services us is a scam!!!!!!!

This company just called me and offered me a cruise. I have to pay the taxes right now, why?

My son got a call . . . we got about 20 people to go. Now the date we picked is no good they say. We can go in "July" but they told us port charges are going to be an additional $140.oo per person. This was never mentioned when we signed up. I call them - they put me on holdfor 5-10 minutes and then a recording comes on  that states they will call back. When they do, and I ask them a question they tell me that it will have to be answered by another department. I talk to different people an get different answers from each!!!

I have one question . . . has anyone EVER taken a cruise with them????? If yes, how did it work out!!! Thanks so much for any feedback you can give. I'm at my wits end.

My fiance got a call from the people and he paid them something like 180 dollars for us. I knew right away it was a scam and now the number I have for them doesnt work. Does anyone know how I can get our money back?? Can the police do anything about it or what?

I just received a call as well, from a lady claiming to be a manager named Emma. She called from 602-396-4345 and gave me some long winded story about a cruise to several locations, anytime I chose within the next 18 months but regardless of when I chose to go, I had to pay taxes up front today. I knew right them it was a scam. I told her I was not interested and she asked me to call her at 888-644-1362, ex. 7561 if I changed my mind. Good Lord people, please don't fall for this. I was scammed via the internet with a similar situation years ago (had to do with a fake credit card offer) and lost around $900. I reported it to absolutely everyone but never got the money back. And the kicker is, THOSE people were registered with the BBB!! Apparently, you can register with the BBB, scam a bunch of people,and before the BBB has a chance to check claims and file investigations, the scammer leaves the BBB. So I don't even have faith in the Better Business Bureau anymore. Anyway, this is CLEARLY a scam; don't buy into it. If you want to go on a cheap cruise, contact a legit cruise agency and they will "fill their empty cabins" the legal way. Good luck, all!!

My friend received a call from 1-866-443-3951 ex 708 for a 4 day 3 night cruise to the Bahamas for $93.  we have 11 folks signed up for it to go in Jan and now they tell us they have no record of any of us.  That is a lot of money in their pocket if this is a scam.  Has anyone gone on this 'cruise' with Norweigan Sky?  Please let me know. thanks

Ms. Roath did you receive the package in 7-10 business days like they said? I did pay but now i'm worried about whether or not i have to call the federal trade commission, and the attorney general about the credit card information i gave out. I called FCC and received the advice. thier number is 877-480-3201. Please let me know.

i paid on friday i got an email conf so thats gd i guess.  @ jean i found the building for the agency on google maps it shows a real time photo, @tami i checked into the BBB to had me worried but the guy i talked to said u have to pay to get on and i did my research and learned u do have to pay to become registered with the bbb, guess theyre being a lil cheap but whatever as long as i get what i pay for and it stays cheap for me i wont complain.

Travel Services U.S. (866 432 6049) is not registerd with the better business bureau

The website might be faked. Look up "Travel Services US, Scottsdale AZ" which is the company name and city/state they gave me. No travel agency by that name located in that city. Sorry buddy, I think it's a scam.

My husband's sister is a Travel Agent and she said this is the best way to get on one of the major cruise lines for an affordable cost. They want to fill the cruise ships up to full capacity. every time that a boat leaves it has empty spots on it and that represents lost money to the cruise lines.

They'll give all the cabins to these Travel Agencies and have them comp them to people as a contest. All you have to do is cover the taxes now. This is because if you didn't every Tom, Dick, Harry and Sue would say they were going and forget. The taxes are just a commitment on your part.

Royal Palm Vacations, Travel Services USA, United Vacation Network, Suncoast Vacations, Suncoast LLC, World Vacations, Imperial Incentives... and many more names... all the same company... many different lawsuits with Atty generals and the state of FL... All ran out of Tampa Bay... (Largo, FL) actually.

For all of you Royal Palm members... there is NO office in Nevada... we were told to tell you that so you could not find where they were...

Google any of the above listed names, or look on ABC Action News of Tampa Bay... and search any of those above names... you will see big news reports of scams...

They never have any vacations available to you... if you place a request for vacation, they will respond "sorry, no avail" which means no availability... when they never even check. For airfare, we used the same websites that you at home do... travelocity, orbits, and expedia... then we would add a percentage to that price because we had to make some money too... So, all this company does is take your $3000.00 - $6000.00, and your ASC (Annual Service Charge). Then they sit there, and do nothing except to reply to you..."sorry no avail" and continue collecting your ASC every year...

FYI: Christy Daniels is the Office Manager (she was in prison for a few years because she was running a fraudulent business before working for these companies... funny huh?!), Amanda is the office supervisor... and the owner of all those false and fraudulent businesses is... Nick Congleton.

This is a big scam I received a call about it and thought it sounded shady so I asked for a website and all their info I was given a website www.Travelservicesus.com and an address in Travel Services   |    1-866-432-6049    |   6929 N. Hayden Road Suite C4-506   |   Scottsdale AZ, 85250 upon further research I still was skeptical yet didn't count it out as there was not too much evidence to mark the company as a scam but as I further reviewed the site I noticed the company is a fake one and actually goes by the name www.cruiseandlandpromotions.com and they bait customers into thinking they are recording a great deal but actually charge a bunch of made up fees making the actual cruise more expensive thru them then it would b thru carnival itself!!! Please don't be fooled into this
