This was probably from a scammer lying to you about a non-existant "prize", so he could fool you into giving him your money and details in exchange for it. He used a computer program called a blaster that enabled him to enter his message and send it to millions with a single click. SSome scammers have viruses programmed into these messages, so they can harvest your information or gain control of your phone, so it's best to delete them instead of replying. Someone else reported him to his service provider, so they stopped the call from going thru.
