My Grandmother who is 85 yrs. old They called her and told her she won 2000000.00 all she had to do was gine them her checking acct. #. They went into to her acct, and electronically withdrew 498.00$ . Now how do we get this money back for her?  
  Saddly enough this was her medication and food money.
