I have no idea who this is, they do not leave a number, it is becoming a problem

I have been called twice from this number.  Once they left voicemail claiming to be Verizon Wireless, but even the voice and message sounded suspicious (more like heavy breathing than a business call), asking information that they should obviously have if they're my service provider calling me.  I would recommend not giving up any information to them.

I received a call from this number today, and was upset to miss the call as I thought it might have been a skype call from my husband in Iraq.  It wasn't.  Anyone whose phone number can't be found sure seems like they're up to no good.
