I got the shock of my life. $13.86 to EBSI. It's a porn website and they claim they have proof that someone in my home filled out the form for their services. HA!! They are supposed to send me the copy via email and will not issue a reimbursement. You have got to be kidding me! No phone calls are made or received; it's all by email. Verizon is no help at all!
