I missed a call from this number 2 days ago and just now. Both times in the morning, and it only rang twice before the caller hung up. Weirdos...

It's Argosy University... you must've given them your number... I gave them mine as well when I was applying for grad school. Even though I told them I'm not interested anymore they keep calling.

They call, and then don't ever leave a message. This is annoying and borders on harrassment. I called the number back and got the switchboard at Argosy University. They have several phone numbers. I've reported them before, I think!

This is Argosy and they're unrelenting. I was semi-interested in some of their programs at a career fair and filled out one of their innocent looking forms, nearly a year ago. I had no idea I'd be hounded, with calls and flooded with junk mail, after repeatedly telling them I have zero interest in their degree mill. If you ignore the call, they'll usually try 3-4 times each day, every day of the week.

It is Argosy University.
They kept calling my cellphone 3X every day - but would never leave messages.
In the past I had inquired about their programs - so that's how they got my phone number.
I called the number that was repeatedly on my caller ID to see who kept calling me - and a woman from Argosy University answered. I told her to put me on their NO CALL list. She was friendly and professional - and said that they would promptly put me on their no call list.
So, the calls weren't unsolicited -since I had given Argosy my number when I inquired about their programs. However, C'mon, Argosy!! Calling someone THREE TIMES EVERY DAY and not leaving a message is not only harassment - but I think that it may turn people off to their programs. It is one thing to be persistent - but another to be annoying and stalking!
