I continue to receive unwanted faxes.  I am not a business and I am on the do not call list.

Call the rep and have them remove your fax number manually. The automated system does not work sometimes.

The automated fax removal has stated that all of our fax numbers for our business have been previously removed. If anyone knows who this company is we would like to report them for illegal activities. Once a company or individual has requested to be removed it is illegal by The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules.

I keep getting these faxes offering me health insurance and I too have called this number to have my number removed from their database. I am tolf that it has already been removed but the faxes keep coming!! I am sick and tired of this waste of my ink and paper and time. I called the rep and was guaranteed removal of my number but it has not happened. Surely the authorities can trace the criminal who is responsible for this if they chose to. This has been going on for many months now!

This is one of many different numbers that I try and resolve each week.  We have a fax server with 350 numbers and they all forward me this spam.  I try and resolve and call in each number.  Each time I call I get the same bilingual message, English and French, which makes me think Canada.  We get spam junk directories from all over the US and each time we have traced the company it's the same one IN CANADA.  We have been fighting them for years on the directories and stopped paying them 10 years ago and they continue.

I'm guesssing from the sounds of the recording it's the same location in Canada.

This is a Fax Removal number, not the actual company that is sending the unsolicited faxes.  This is the same number for loans, insurance and other services.  I always get the "This number has already been removed" response, as well...so they are violating the law...but is it them or the fax originator?  The most recent with this removal number is for business loans,and the number for the pre-qualification request is (888)317-3084.

Receiving unsolicited faxes from an unnamed company that use (800) 385-1371 as their call back number.  The number to have my fax number permanently removed (866-505-1160) is constantly busy.  If they are serious about removing people from their list, this would not be happening.
