This number keeps calling me at work, harrassing me & whoever answers the phone at work. He threatens to call authorities on me if I don't pay back cashcall. He says I have a list of bad checks. I am filing bankruptcy, but meanwhile I have to deal with this James Mitchell. Anyone else had to deal with him.

They call for my brother he use me as a reference, the left very harasses massage, i my self own credit cards but none left me this terrible messages. is the any thing we can do to stop them.

THANKS, THEY CALLED ME AT WORK SAYING THE SAME THING. I WORK FOR ATTORNEYS AND THEY ARE VIOLATING THE FEDERAL FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT.

They called and left a message stating a time sensitive manner needs the phone call returned within 48 hours. otherwise this will be turned over to Milwaukee County. I will call and leave a message to check validity of this call, stating that per my credit counselor I need a statement as to what this is for. If this is AFB which I believe stands for Audobon Financial I think, I leave a message and they never return the call until about 2 weeks later like clock work. I know I have bills but I also have paid allot of these bills which I believe I was scammed plenty of times, Thank God for this website to see that other people like me have the same things happen to them.

Ignore them. There is absolutely nothing they can do!! They use illegal scare tactics to try and get money from people. They are Audubon Financial but they also do business under the name Marval and Associates, LLC. You CAN NOT be arrested for an unpaid payday loan!!
